While I had requested a technician for one problem he was very observant and found a second problem which he was able to repair during the same visit.

The work was done at a rental property. The plumber was suppose to call and give me a verbal report which he never did. Also the tenant told me the plumber pried off half the the outside drain cover and left it that way when he finished. He also did not replace the clean out cap. Small things but for the price I paid I expected better service.

They did a thorough check of the system and ran it to make sure it worked properly. Great job!

My dishwasher was spewing black chunks of what appeared to be sewage all over my "clean" dishes. I also had a backed up line in the bathtub with a major ant infestation. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The gal answering the phone was very nice (not a rude robot) and was able to schedule an appointment rather quickly. I mentioned that I found them on Home Advisor website and they waived the $39 fee normally charged for the initial estimate or assessment when they came out. Wooo hoooo! The gentleman, Jonathon, was on time, nice and polite, professional, and very thorough. I am a woman and am not too familiar with plumbing. He explained things to me in a very understandable way and made sure I completely understood the problem, how he would fix it and how to maintain my drains and pipes to prevent future problems. I really felt that he took his time and did not just rush in and half-ass the job. They may be a little more expensive, and I am not rich by any means, but there are some cases when you have to bite the bullet and pay more for good service. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs....hopefully not too soon though (hahaha)...no offense!

They responded quickly to my service request.Their service tech,Randy was very personable & professional.He explained each step to me about repairing & replacing pipes under our kitchen sink. My only issue was the cost of the repairs & material.We ended up paying almost $400 for two hours labor & parts. In my opinion, it should run no more than $250. That said, every other issue was handled in a professionl manner.

The plumbing tech Jayce was courteous, efficient and solved the problem, also giving me advice on some long term solutions for my older home. I really appreciated the protective booties he put on to enter the house. A little expensive, but very good work, and very knowledgeable.

Kelly was our plumbing technician, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. We hired Kelly to disconnect our old gas barbecue, and connect the new one to our house's gas line. Kelly went above and beyond in helping us get our new barbecue set up and working. We will ask for him by name next time we have a gas piping or plumbing need.

This company responded immediately to set up appointment to give me an estimate to replace my 25 yr old water heater. The service tech came prepared to immediately replace the water heater should I decide to. I may have found a slightly lower price, but I was not confident the water heater would wait. I'm glad I didn't, as Mike was knowledgable and a new water heater was installed in just a few hours.
