Jerrid was exceptionally friendly, informative, and did the work very efficiently. The price he quoted me was much less than other plumbers had quoted me. I was extremely pleased with his attitude, his work, and the overall way he solved the problem I was facing. I will definitely call them again the next time I need work done

The plumber was very professional, worked efficiently, as well as knowledgeable. After identifying the issues, he explained what the problems were and how he was going to fix them. I will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

They were fast on arrival time, knowledgeable on how to fix the problem, and even educated me on what they fixed and how to fix other parts in the future! Plus, the guy triple checked to see if the problem still occurred before he left!
