Showed up immediately. After establishing it was a minimum of $395 they borrowed my ladder, pull the tiles slap on some tar put the tiles back without nails and we were done and out in less than 40 minutes. The following storm proved their work. No leaks! I am happy.

Did the estimate and completed the work the day as agreed. Owner really knows the job also showed picture of previous job done. I m happy with the work. Will wait the next rain and see if no more leak.

I hired this roofing company to do a simple roof repair. The owner quoted me $395 without even coming out and looking at the job to see what the extent of the repairs would be. They arrived 30 minutes late for the job, he then quoted me $200 and then $295 and indicated it was not a repair but maintenance work only. After the work was done there was now before and after pictures presented to me and when I checked the roof to make sure that the repairs that he did were complete I found that my roof still leak. When I contacted the owner of the company telling him that I canceled the check because the work was not done to standard as the roof is still leaking he threatened to take me to court. He told me that the $295 I paid him was $40 worth of gas 4 to driving time for an hour $40 to Home Advisor and materials. There were no materials that this gentleman used he secured a loose tile and placed some caulking around the outside of the chimney. He is a sham and a fraud and I would not use him

I changed our original appointment date and asked to move it back and that was no problem. When they showed up to the job they had all the materials needed to perform the job and they were done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and swept the floors.

What I liked was that after the work was done they sent me pictures of the before and after the patches they did and other work they did.

Daryl did a great job on our roof leak. He is reasonably priced and did quality work. He explained everything, took photos before and after the work had been done.

They came out right away and so far no more leaks. They were pleasant and professional.

The owner came and explained what he and his helper would do after they inspected our roof. I could still say no if I didn't like their estimate, or anything about them. But the owner is a 30 year, no-nonsense veteran. Their price was 1/4 of another estimate we had. And they did the repair as soon as I agreed to their proposal. It has rained twice since they repaired the roof and we are completely dry!

The only good thing was the response time. Came was here like half hour had a leak in my bathroom and after they left the next day it rained and it was worse called yes he did say he would return however, they werent very perfisional at all they cashed my check and i hired else where. you should not have this company on here.

Quick response. Returned my request within 30 minutes. I explained the problem over the phone. He told me how he would repair it and explained the materials to be used. They showed up the next day at the time they said and got right to work. As they were finishing up they noticed my penetrations needed to be sealed and some tiles moved back into position. I authorized that work. They completed everything, explained the warranty and left me the paperwork. We just had a solid day of rain and no leaks. They may not be a big company with a fancy van, but the work was done well and the price was very competitive.

Great price and fixed our leak before the rain started coming again. Would recommend and use again. Enjoy that they have a 2 year warranty on their work!

Daryl was very helpful and explained the entire process and needed repairs, he recommended additional sealing of the pipes due to age of our roof. They completed the work very promptly and efficiently and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Very efficient,professional,on time and give warranty on their work.

We had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling after the recent rain. Daryl came out and made repairs at a reasonable price in a quick period of time. AND if and when we get rain again and it still leaks we have a warranty to cover us. I'm very pleased.
