Description of Work: I asked them to let me know before they did some of the tree cutting... they did not. I asked them to cut the trees back... they did not. I asked them to let me know if I was not out with them before they left... they did not. What work they did was good... but they needed to be watched more closely. I paid for some work that was on the order but was not done.

Description of Work: The service owner was not here to check work. Work was left unfinished.

Description of Work: They removed a large, 30'-40', pine tree. Arrived on time, made quick work of the tree, did an excellent job of cleanup.

Description of Work: Removal of large Brazilian Pepper Tree including a thorough grinding of the stump.

Description of Work: We had used Sotero several years earlier. They remembered us. They removed one large tree (hanging over onto neighbor's porch) and did a major trim on two other large trees. They were able to accommodate our schedule and wait until we could get the day off. They spent a lot of time with my elderly mother and were very patient with her. They are our first to call and first to recommend.

Description of Work: Trimmed 7 trees, removed 2 trees, one giant oleander and an overgrown evergreen bush. Great work, stumps and all.

They arrived on time for both the estimate & consultation and for the tree trimming service. We have two huge California Pepper Trees that needed significant trimming as well as shaping and they did an amazing job. They listened to our needs and were conservative in their approach to insure we were happy with the end result. They were quick and efficient and our trees look beautiful. We will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them -- not to mention they were reasonably priced, cleaned up as they worked and preserved the integrity of the landscaping below the trees. Description of Work: Skinned and trimmed 16 palms for us and wS done expertly with the small exception of breaking 2 boards on our fence (which they said they will replace and fix). Overall a great job.

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees, one very large was trimmed ndaces very nicely. In addition they removed several large bushes and cleaned up the debris.

Description of Work: completely trimmed and thinned my overgrown olive tree. |It was a huge job and lots of branches had to be chipped. |They brought in a huge truck and a basket with the guy inside the basket to trim the top safely.

Description of Work: Very professional and detailed. They trimmed the trees in the front of my house and in back. The only questionable point was the lead man asking that the check for services be made out to him and not to SOTERO FERNANDEZ TREE CARE. Not sure why he asked this but seeing as we already had the check made out to the company we refused to void it and write one specific to him. He did not argue this and took the check.
