They gave the estimate at my work location for a very small job, but they didn't send me a quote by email.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate on Epoxy Flooring for my garage. At the appointed time, no one showed up. I called after they were 30 minutes late, but their voice mailbox was full.

The product was excellent quality, actually a new color that they brought on board, a very light gray. The installation crew was very professional. They left us a scratch repair kit, extra mounting devices and other accessories. I was impressed by the front metal bar on the shelves to prevent shelf sagging. This project was a follow on to their garage floor epoxy project which was previously reviewed.

We were very pleased with Alex and his crew. Having moved to Irvine from a big house in Connecticut, we needed to find a pleasing way to store the 'stuff' we moved. Alex didn't try to oversell us and explained what he thought was the best solution for us. The cabinets were installed quickly and we were able to store our stuff in a really nice way.

Garage Experts of Orange Country did a great job on my garage floor. I have had no fewer than 10 neighbors come by and compliment the floor within the first 48 hours. They were very detailed, and even got to places in the garage I had not expected...such us under the water heater and under a drain pipe. There were a total of 3 workers, the first was on site at 8 am, and the last was there by 8:30 am. The job was scheduled to start at 8:30. They cleaned and resurfaced the entire garage floor. Then applied the coat and chips. They took off at Noon to let the floor settle. I expected them back early in the after noon, but the had gotten stuck in traffic and did not make it back until about 6 PM. They were done with the floor by 7:30 PM. It was a little later than expected, and the reason I assigned a B for punctuality. They finished the epoxy and were done. I was left with a beautiful floor. The next day I moved in the shelving and other garage stuff and I am left with a great floor. I would recommend them to anyone for the work. You can tell they are a small crew run by a husband and wife. They do great work. The communication could use some work, but everything ran smoothly overall.

They showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. I was shown several options and it was explained to me that they would be done in one day. The estimator/salesperson explained the warranty and the steps they would take to complete the job. They started at 8:00 AM and were finshed by 8:00 PM so we were very satisfied. The crew was respectful and hard working. The job was done very well and I am very happy with the floor.

from estimate to installation, it was very easy working with Alex and his team. The cabinets look great and they pay a lot of attention to detail. I'm very happy. Yes, the price is a little high but there is a big difference between these cabinets and trying to do it yourself. These cabinets are much taller, have deeper storage, and just seem more sturdy then what I've seen at any hardware store or online.

From start to finish was very well done. Good timing, did what they said they would do and quality and detail was very good. Good company here.

never gave estimate, called 3 times

Purchased a home but wanted to put epoxy on the garage floor before moving in while it was empty. Floor had multiple cracks and damages from moisture. Stem walls also had problems. Bill came out for an estimate. He measured and examined the damages and gave me an estimate(little higher since my two-car garage was slightly larger than most 2-car garages but I got a 5% discount using Angie's coupon) and assured me all the cracks will be repaired prior to putting epoxy on and it will be done in 1 day. I was surprised and happy to hear since others told me it would take 3-4 days. I called back the next day and scheduled the job for 7/11/13. I had been told by Bill when he came out for an estimate the crew will show up around 8-8:30 am and will finish by 4 pm. I called 5 pm day prior to confirm the appointment since I never received a confirmation call. I was then told by Mindy the crew won't be out until 10 or 11 am since other project they are working on had to be extended. She was very apologetic and assured me the job will still be completed the same day. On the day of work the crew finally showed up around 11:30 am started work right away. From here the work went very smoothly despite the aforementioned "glitches" and definite communication breakdown. They indeed finished the work around 6 pm. I was able to walk on it the next day and by saturday park the car. The three-man crew was very professional and worked very hard. They also cleaned/swept/vacuumed everything before leaving. Everything went fine after they finally showed up and I'm quite happy with the result but it would've been an even better experience if there was better communication. So, I gave a B for punctuality. Certainly would've been an 'A' if I had received a confirmation call the night before to let me know crew would be late(I had to take the morning off from work). The floor looks great and hopefully will last a long time. Even with the 'B' on punctuality which is minor I would definitely recommend them to others and for any of my future projects.

Garage Experts of Orange County were very efficient and reasonably priced. They were professional in terms of the work that I had them perform. It was great, it was very smooth.

I WAS HELPING MY SON SET UP A NEW HOME. HE WANTED THE GARAGE REDONE, AS IT WAS SHABBY. I CALLED MINDY AT GARAGE EXPERTS AND PROBABLY DROVE HER CRAZY, AS IT WAS DIFFICULT FINDING A TIME WHEN MY SON COULD MEET WITH THEM TO PICK OUT COLORS, ETC. AND I WAS IN A HURRY TO GET THE JOB DONE WHILE I WAS VISITING FROM NJ. MINDY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SWEET. SHE CALLED AND EMAILED MANY TIMES TO HELP US GET TOGETHER . HER HUSBAND STOPPED BY THE HOUSE TO CHECK OUT THE FLOOR ON HIS WAY HOME FROM ANOTHER JOB, AS WE HAD SO LITTLE TIME. THEY CLEANED UP A CRUMMY, DAMAGED CEMENT FLOOR AND USED A GRINDER TO SMOOTH THINGS OUT, PUT DOWN A GORGEOUS , SPECKLED, TAN 'SHOWROOM' FLOOR WHICH EVERYONE IS RAVING ABOUT. THEY EVEN CARRIED THE FLOOR UP A FEW INCHES ON THE SIDES AS THERE WAS A CEMENT TRIM. IT WAS ALL DONE WITHIN MY TIME FRAME, WHICH WAS AMAZING. I HAD TO CALL TO GET THE AMT DUE AS THEY NEVER HOUNDED US FOR DOWN PAYMENTS OR ANYTHING ELSE. WHAT A TERRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WISH I HAD MORE FLOORS FOR THEM TO DO!! ANYONE WHO WANTS A GORGEOUS GARAGE SHOULD CALL THIS COMPANY. IT MAKES A GREAT GIFT FOR ANY MAN. GREAT FOR A 'MAN-CAVE'. I HAD THE SAME THING DONE FOR MY GARAGE IN FLORIDA, BUT THE JOB WAS NOT QUITE AS NICE AS THIS ONE. TOP RATINGS. THANKS SO MUCH.

The question is not if there will be issues, it's all about how the contractor responds and resolves issues. Generally my experience from the first phone call through installation and happily handing them the final payment was a pleasure. There was one relatively modest issue. Alex was very unemotional, sought to understand my perspective, and quickly resolved to my satisfaction. The Garage Experts team was very professional and courteous. Truly a professional installation that most of my neighbors have commented and asked about. Regarding communication. Like everyone else reading this, my time is valuable and I'm very particular around properly managing expectations, and communication. The entire Garage Experts team exceeded my expectations. There was an issue with weather that forced the start day to delay from Monday to Tuesday. Alex called me Sunday to let me know of this delay. I agreed the delay was reasonable and in my best interest. The team then worked overtime (without being asked) on Tuesday and Wednesday to get back on schedule. Regarding pricing. I gave them an "A" not because they were the least expensive, they weren't. I gave them an A because the products and services are appropriately valued. You get what you pay for, and this product/service (solution) is all quality.

They accommodated our schedule and completed services in one day. We love it.

They put down an epoxy coating on the garage floor yesterday and it looks wonderful. As is the sign of professionals, they spent a lot of time in preparing the surfaces to take the epoxy so I'm confident that it will look great for years to come. There was no problem in getting them to do some small things like vertical concrete walls as well to create that finished look.

I received 2 bids. Alex was less expensive, but I would have used him even if his bid had been higher. I also had more flake options if I wanted, including custom colors. Working with Mindy was a breeze. This process went very well. Both Alex and Mindy told me not to worry and they were correct. I am a very exacting client and I have seen too many projects go wrong. The crew that did the job knew what they were doing and did not cut corners. They took pride in what they did and it shows. They completely cleaned up after themselves. The garage floor looks great!! Everyone is impressed, including me.

It went GREAT!!! They change my date so many times without any issue due to rain, and other contractor set backs. Very professional and I've received SO MANY compliments!!! They did a fantastic floor!!! I could not have asked for more! THANK YOU!

I looked at a few places online to get a quote and reviews of work performed. I saw that Garage Experts were on Angie's List and received all A's. Another company had some B's. I contacted three company's to set a quote and Garage Experts came in with the lowest quote, so I went with them. I'm glad I did, as there work turned out great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get there garage floor done.

Alex Moody and the Garage Experts are first class. I hired them to do a complete garage renovation. My house was built in 1961. It has a 3 car garage. The garage and the driveway were the only things I had not yet replaced or renovated. The garage was just a nasty mess. Alex gave me a fair quote and his references were all excellent. The Friday before the work was to begin, he dropped off a trailer in my driveway that I could use for junk so that I did not have to get a dumpster. I took everything out of the old cabinets and placed them in the center of the garage. His guys arrived on time the following week and did the demolition and painting of the walls. The next day they installed the new cabinets and gave me a couple of days to put things into the cabinets so that they could then do the floor. It came out amazing. And it's such a pleasure to work with honorable people and companies that care about what they do. You can't go wrong with Garage Experts and Alex.

My first encounter with Garage Experts was with Bill who came out on a Saturday morning to give me a quote for epoxy flooring. He was very nice, professional and knowledgable. We talked floors, racks, and cabinets. The quote was slightly higher than other quotes we obtained and a little over what we budgeted, but Bill made some calls to try to work with us. In the end, we really liked Bill so we decided to go with Garage Experts. After that, I dealt with the owners Alex and Mindy, who were even nicer to work with. I purchased a newly built home and wanted to make sure I had my epoxy floors prior to my move-in. We set a date, but because my escrow kept getting pushed back, we had to keep pushing back my install date. Alex and Mindy were super accommodating and touched base with me often. They did everything they could to help, including agreeing to install the epoxy floors using an accelerator so that it could be completed in one day (normally takes 2), so that I could move in on schedule. I was so grateful and the floors still look fantastic. I've already gotten a number of compliments on the quality of the job. Because I was also interested in cabinets and racks, Alex also sent over some great drawings of what my garage would look like with cabinets. All in all, when I'm ready to do cabinets, I'll be going to Garage Experts. Thank you so much again for all your help and for the excellent service!!

The project went extremely well. They kept on schedule and finished on time.
