Brian was so helpful with the replacement of my kitchen faucet! He called me within minutes of placing my request on the website & helped me figure out what kind of faucet to buy which I had no clue about to begin with. Then he came on a Saturday with no extra charge & had it replaced within an hour! He even helped me replace a corroded part to my dishwasher. We thought we had a slab leak and Eric confirmed it on the service call. Him and Brian fixed the problem quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the process.

I am extremely pleased with the work done. Not only was the water heater repaired but also toilets and replacement of sink disposal unit. All my questions were answered and explanations given for all needed repairs. Very professional and honest. I am also hired them for bathtub replacement.

When I called and talked to Brian I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. He diagnosed my problem pretty accurately over the phone which was is why I went with his company. Despite the challenge to take the shower nozzle apart he and his son Eric were persistent using techniques that worked. They did a great job replacing my bathroom shower catridge.
