They came right away - they were very professional - and fixed out problem in a timely manner.

Brian was friendly, professional, and prompt. He provided several options as estimates free of charge. I was able to replace my water heater in addition to doing the actual project for less than the cost of the project from other plumbers. I highly recommend Drain Masters and will definitely use them again.

Drain Masters Plumbing Very professional. They (Brian and Eric) worked as a team at $75 p/h each and finished the project is three days. Did an outstanding job and beat others who wanted between $5,000 and $6,000 for the job (even with me supplying the material which happened to be PEX from Vanguard). Put in DWV system, installed shower, washer & gas dryer hookups and toilet and hooked up the entire PEX water supply system. Really outstanding

Brian, with the help of his son, Erik, completed the multiple items I needed repaired in an extremely short amount of time. He was up front and honest about all of the plumbing issues I needed addressed and recommended the best solution - even if it meant less money for him. We discussed all of the potential outcomes so as he completed the jobs there were no surprises. I would definately use him again and would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Brian was willing to come meet me after I got off work, which was after 4. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what he was doing. He was super fast and I would recommend Drain Masters to anyone.

Both Brian and Eric were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to my initial request, and followed thru with their work in a timely manner. They were fair, honest and efficient. I would definitely use them again for future work that may need to be done.

The owner returned my call immediately and came by my home to give me a free estimate the same day. While evaluating the problem, he gave me multiple options on fixing the problem, from a quick cheap fix to a more elaborate job that would last longer. His price was a little higher than what I had expected, however the job was professional and guaranteed for 1 year. I am going to recommend him to my family and friends.

I was very impressed with drain masters service and of Brian the owner/operator. Drain master's also has other services like A/C and furnace repair, electrical and handyman type work. We have set up a date for them to come back and replace some plumbing pipes. We will certainly use them again...

Brian contacted me promptly, and was flexible and accommodating with our schedule. His prices were competitive and reasonable. He worked very efficiently and was able to charge at the low end of the quote. He even paid attention to small details and checked in with me to inquire about what I preferred. We are very pleased with the result (changed three faucets). He went above and beyond, providing safety information and education with other areas of our home (water heater, shutting the water off) Not only did he provide us with excellent plumbing service, he also demonstrated outstanding customer service.

I called the same day that I noticed the copious amounts of water in front of my home. Brian was the first to respond to my call. Over the phone he was very nice and professional. He told me what is day schedule looked like, and gave me a time when he would arrive and stuck to it. I especially like the fact that he was willing to come and look at the job without charging. This proved to me that he was confident of his skill level, and competitive with his fee for services rendered, even if he did not get the job. Therefore, we immediately established a good relationship. Once he diagnosed what my problem was he went right to work, non stop . When we discovered that my problem was not going to be an easy repair Brian re-explained what he would have to do and the estimated cost to complete it. I like the fact that since he had to go through 4 inches of cement, he was sensitive to my needs to make the repair area in front of my home remain aesthetically as nice as it did before. I will now only call Brian if I should have any plumbing needs and will have no problem referring him to anyone else, that I know whom he could benefit, without question. Thank you Brian.
