It was a pleasure doing business with Brian. He was prompt, fast, and efficient in replacing a tub spout and converting the main valve of the house from a gate valve to a more convenient and positive-action ball valve. He is informative and easy to talk to as well. I gladly recommend him.

Drain Masters immediately responded to my Service Magic request. The Plumber came by to estimate the work required: disconnect the kitchen plumbing, cut a counter, install a sink, and reinstall the hardware. I was given a written estimate along with estimate time for the work. I was able to schedule the project, the Brian and Eric Michaud were on time, professional, organized, and proficient. The work was done within the time estimate and work area was clean. I was informed along the way regarding what they were doing. They made this project easy, gave me peace of mind, and a two year warranty too.

Had a couple of issues with installation and had to call them back out. Brian came back to my home and resolved the problem with a great attitude and completed the job at no extra charge

Brain responded within 20 minutes of my submitting my inquiry, and called and asked if he could show up before the agreed on time. He was very thorough in his work (snaked two inside lines (sinks and bathtub, and well as the main drain line to the street. He cleaned up after himself and provided extra services and information that will save me money and prevent a recurrence of the problem that I was having. I would most certainly call him for any other plumbing problems that I am not capable of handling myself.

Drain Master was excellent. Brian explained what the problem might be and how he would tackle it. The repairs were done on time and the place was kept clean. Another great thing is that he wont ask for any amount of money up front, not until every thing is done. Eric finished his works and then walk around to double check. Thank you guys.
