Brian & Eric showed up right on time as they said they would. They quickly identified the problem, quoted me & fixed it. Brian was fair in his quote compared to the run-around I was getting from someone else who sent a junior tech that made me feel a bit overwhelmed and did not resolve the issue. Brian & Eric got right to it and found the problem almost immediately. They pointed out the problem and we discussed the solution in advance. They also made great referrals to other for additional non-plumbing work that needed to be done. Thanks Bran & Eric!

I'm very happy with the job Drain Masters did for me. They installed a water line to for our refrigerator and a bathtub faucet. Excellent work, great customer service, and very professional! Brian definitely goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

When I needed a kitchen faucet replaced I went to HomeAdvisor. I received four responses. I sent them photos of the faucet, the replacement faucet and two photos of under the sink. Brian was the first to respond. Because of his schedule he couldn't help me since I wanted this done immediately. A few minutes later he called me to give me some information about the plumbing for the replacement. Whomever I hired Brian wanted me to know about the possible problem, even though he wasn't hired, he wanted me to know. I thanked him and hung up. But then I started to think about what he had done for me. He knew I was hiring someone else, but still he called. I called him back and hired him. he was on time. There were a few glitches, but he was prepared. I would recommend him to anyone.

They responded immediately to my request for quote on Angie s list. They arrived in 2 hours as promised. The pipe to an outside faucet was leaking into our dining room. Through a series of trials, they isolated the pressure line and stopped the leak. They were responsive, courteous , and professional. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.
