I got leak from upstair bath's sink drain pipe and Brian called back fast and scheduled the next 2 days right away to fix it and explain the cause of the leak due to water volume high when I used the stoppage and then drain the water causing the old pipe leak at the joins. He also guarantee his work for 1 YEAR. That's what I think more than other plumbers! He also advise me how to fix the mold stain of a popcorn ceiling caused by the leak. Great advises and job well done Brian!

Drain Masters was able to find a plumbing leak at my home that another plumbing company could not find. As it turned out it was not a slab leak, as originally suspected, but a leak in the sprinkler system. I'm sure Drain Masters saved me $100s of dollars, if not more, as the first company was recommending a very aggressive approach to finding the leak ~ although they had no idea where it was coming from! Brian and Eric of Drain Masters are obviously experts in their field. Thank you so much!

Father son team. They responded very quickly, assessed the project and gave me a very competitive quote. Started the job quickly and completed the job in a professional manner. There were some issues doing the job that made it a little harder then they expected but kept the quote as presented. Very minor issue when they completed the job in that they thought the pilot light was on but it wasn't. When I called in the evening to inform them the son came out next morning explained what happened and fixed it. Works great. They were friendly, personable and professional. I am looking at a larger project in the future and I will hire them.
