Drain Masters Plumbing/Sewer

Had a leaky outdoor water spout. Put problem on home advisor and was called within minutes by 3 plumbers. Drain masters had the best price, could do the job same day within a few hours, and offered a 1 year warranty. No other company offered that. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them and will use again in the future!

This company went well beyond good customer service in order for us to give our bathroom a new facelift. We have a 30 year old house and it was difficult to find faucet plumbing parts to replace our worn existing faucets. Eric and Brian were on time, very courteous and did a great job. Thanks. The only minor concern I had was that when it came time to pay the bill at completion of the water heater installation, I was told it would be an additional 3% if I used a credit card! I think this information should be disclosed on the original bid and before the work begin. The difference for us would have been almost an additional $50. I believe, they should have made that clear when they bid on the project or in their "Home Advisor" profile instead of simply stating "credit cards accepted". Also, their in-house labor warranty is only 30 or 90 days (I'm still not sure which - my bad for not paying attention). That being said, they did a great job in replacing my older and rusty heater bringing the setup up to our city's code.

Eric at Drain Masters was great. This is the second time I hired him and would highly recommend him. Very personable, professional and most of all very good trade knowledge. I had tenants move out of my home and had many various plumbing issues. He fully inspected the home, made a list of items and was able to resolve them all at a very fair price. I will certainly call him back for my other home.
