They called right away and was able to visit the same day I have frozen garbage disposal that I worked on for 4 days trying to free it up, After explaining the issue they did recommend buying a new one just in case it needed to be replaced He detailed the model to try and was honest about the cost it would be less expensive to purchase one No service /travel fee for his visit When he did arrive he found a small pebble from one of plants (the cat knocked into the sink) was the issue! That was so frustrating as I looked into this several times! Only charged for labor time and returned the new garbage disposal! Very nice gentleman and would definitely use them again
