Would have given all 5 stars - it was an unusual job that involved shopping and lots of extra time- communication on how that affected the price could have been a bit better- otherwise, excellent service! Would recommend them again!

I would highly recommend Drain Masters to anyone with plumbing or sewer issues, and I will certainly do business with them again in the future for other repairs/projects. Brian called soon after I posted the job, and came by the same day of our initial conversation to survey the job when I arrived home from work, at which point he set reasonable expectations for the scope and cost of our repairs based on the likely problem(s). Brian returned the next morning and showed up at the arranged time with a call in advance to let us know he was on his way (no "some time between 9 and 11" nonsense). He was very upfront, informative, and did an exceptional job on the repairs. He is experienced, extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, honest, transparent, and a genuinely nice guy. He did a top-notch job for a fair price and in a very reasonable amount of time considering the amount of work involved in our repairs. While he was here, we asked him to review several known and potential plumbing issues, and he was very open about what was, or was not, an immediate concern without trying to sell us on any unnecessary work. I cannot overstate how refreshing it is to deal people who are not just reading from a script, upselling, or checking off a box. I truly felt that our best interests were put first, and that level of customer service is increasingly rare.

I really appreciated the proactive call and immediate service. Brian and Eric were great to work with, on time, did extra work to make my sink install work. Thanks guys!
