They were great!

They provided me with a flat rate, which was reasonable. Tom, the technician that I worked with, did a very nice job. I was very pleased and everything was great. I called them back for a second job, and a different technician came out. He called me outside to take a look at something, and he closed the door, which locked me out. I had to call my wife to come home from work to let me in, and this understandably made her upset. He ultimately he got the job done, but if I were call this company again I'd request Tom.

The young man that arrived to do the repairs was polite and knowledgeable. He did the repairs, and found the source of the problem. He was neat, tidy and efficient. I will definitely call again!!

Austin the plumber was very clean and informative from the beginning to the completion of the entire service - sewer relined.

My water was coming up in my bathroom, kitchen and wash machine. Nothing would drain. We were due to have a Halloween party over the weekend, and I just about panicked. I was recommended to Barker and Sons by a friend, and called them. Austin came out and was such a quick and professional worker. He was very careful in my home, as I have imported tile and I am always worried when service people have to come in, but he wore shoe covers, etc. It sounds trivial, but it was great to me. Their service was great, quick, and I would strongly recommend them.

I am so relieved to find a reliable and competent plumbing company. I had to get my toilets replaced and some leaks fixed. Barker and Sons Plumbing was able to come the day after I called. Will showed up early and was very pleasant. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the future. Possibly the cleanest, neatest plumber I have every met. He was very professional and courteous, qualities I very much appreciate.

Back in April, I discovered a pool of water in my garage that wasn't near the water heater or any known pipes. My fear was that I was dealing with a slab leak. I called Barker & Sons Plumbing because I had used them previously on two different occasions - once when my water heater flooded my garage and again when a clogged drain in the backyard turned my backyard into a lake. On both of the previous calls, they were quick to respond and took care of my problems with professionalism and efficiency. I knew they weren't the cheapest plumber out there, but I feel their prices are reasonable for the quality of work I receive. Since I thought I was dealing with a slab leak, I didn't want some cheap plumber tearing my house apart. I was grateful I called Barker & Sons Plumbing because their slab leak specialist took extra time to locate the source of the leak with minimal damage to my home. I was fortunate because it turned out to be a leak in the pipe in the wall and not a slab leak after all. I have had three different technicians come to my home and I felt comfortable with each of them. I also appreciate that each one was extremely clean and respectful of my home. I want to mention that Barker & Sons is a family owned business. That is one of the reasons why I was drawn to them in the first place and it was their excellent service that made me keep calling them back. If you have a plumbing emergency like me or just need routine maintenance, I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

from Austin's service and regular use of the enzyme cleaner my drains have remained clear. We will be repiping soon and I will definitely call Barker and Sons.
