Outstanding!!! Rep. gave us all the details as to what we needed, and options. He gave us several quotes and then left us with the all the paperwork and specs. to "think it over" We deceided on the options we wanted and gave him the ok. he "Dominic" took care of all the details such as approval from our HOA (not easy) and all permits that were required. He set up an appointment date for us. The crew ( 3 men ) arrived on time and did an outstanding job. they laid down drop cloths where needed and other protection where needed. INformed of our indoor only cat, they were very careful about letting him out. They did the job in the projected time, and ddi an outstanding job of everything including clean up. I would highly reccomend them, and would use the again if the need came up.

Tran arrived on time. He was very polite and informed me what to expect. I shoed him to access of unit and he went about his work. I did not feel as if I needed to follow him although I did check with him to make sure everything was ok and if he needed anything. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Checked for leaks, air flow -- efficiency of all equipment--condenser, heater/burners, gas flow, & air conditioner, operation. Checked air ducting for obstructions & leakage. And all electrical, components. Tech was clean, professional, knowledgeable--explained all the services rendered. Was Courteous, and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. ds

The technician was able to fix our system. It's blowing cold air now. We are able to use our system now especially with this hot weather

Found that the 2nd unit was low on Freon

Lam checked the air conditioner and then checked the inside blower etc. He also checked the heater and found a great deal of rust inside. He suggested that this fall when I have the heater checked that I make sure that it is checked for cracks as it is very old. Lam also vacuumed the whole heater and the closet and wiped down the heater and surround. He was highly personable and most professional. I would certainly use this company again and would request that they send Lam.

A/C company was very difficult to work with. A lot of dumb questions in making the $39 tune up appt. On the day of the appt. they called and said they HAD to do a $89 inspection before they could do the $39 tune up. I told them their add was very misleading and demanded our money back. Still again, a lot of questions and then tried to get us signed up for the $89 if they lowered the price to $65. Of course we said NO THANK YOU

He did a great job explaining the process to me as well as where the errors in my system are and how I can go about fixing them. He also set up an appointment that day with another associate from their company to give me options for upgrading my system. He also told me not to put anymore money into our current AC unit as it would be a waist of money.

Guys were terrific. Very efficient, polite considerate, even fixed my garage light.

This was the technician's first experience with this connection and he was meticulous in contacting the manufacturer and ensuring that it worked and I understood how to use it. The process went well and I was completely satisfied.

Dave, the technician that came out was here exactly on time. He looked at the thermostat and the heater and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing in the inducer motor. I know a little about the heater and how it works and was impressed with the fact that when he explained the problem, I knew he wasn't just trying to sell me something additional that I didn't need. He was really helpful in providing advice on the type of filter I should be using and how often it should be changed. Turns out I have been using a filter that is more expensive than I need. The replacement part came in a day earlier than anticipated and Dave was back again, on time and installed the new motor.

Both the subcontractor Sirrus Abatement and Associated Heating and AC were prompt fast and efficient. My annoyances are with the salesman, the lack of paperwork, and the price. The salesman persuaded us to get rid our asbestos ducts, as we could not find a anyone to repair them. I repeatedly asked him what the new ducts were made of, and the salesman always answered "mylar" and that they look like shiny aluminum. Actually they are fiberglass. Now, fiberglass is not carcinogenic like asbestos but it does irritate sensitive people, like asbestos, if the ducts are compromised. His main selling point was how irritating asbestos is. Also he gave us a "l ifetime guarantee" and said it was for our personal lifetimes. I questioned this and he assured me that is what it meant, though he offered to write 20 years on the paperwork, which unfortunately I declined. I asked the salesman if the cost is calculated based on the number of linear feet of duct they will use, and he said no it was based on the number of vents, and we had 10 so it would be a flat rate of $3995. He assured us anyone else would charge at least $5995. The job itself went very smoothly and professionally. Associated HAC's workers are first rate in every way. But at the end after I paid, I received no paperwork, no warranty, no contract, nothing. Later in the mail, a got in voice that just said paid in full, with no further info. The only reason I know they installed 138 feet of duct is from a map of the house they made that one installer threw in my outdoor trash barrel. Another thing is that they did not have time to fully tune the dampers and they told me to call to make an appointment to have that done. I trusted this company based on their perfect rating with Angie's list, but the "lifetime" guarantee, the lack of paperwork, and the high cost ($30 per linear foot for ordinary fiberglass ducts seems very high, correct me if I am wrong) left me a little uneasy.

Called this provider because they were the first available during the last heat wave to look at my A/C unit. Tech arrived on time and tried to service my condenser unit. Tried several things to fix it but could not get the condenser to run. Finally gave up and said that my fairly new unit would have to be totally replaced. I declined and called another provider for a second opinion. The new provider inspected the condenser unit and told me he could fix it easily and it certainly would not have to be replaced. He even showed me where the first contractor had probably mixed up the wiring, allowed the freon to escape, and caused other problems. Unit operates fine now. I would definitely not hire this contractor for anything.

Just wanted to receive an estimate and this was the third estimate I received from an Ac company. They quoted us at least $3000 more than any other company. He then accused us of finding our other estimates off a penny's saver or Craigslist ad and he doesn't apologize for his prices. I did not even continue this conversation and he left.

They were highly qualified. They had to crawl in my attic in the crawl space, which was very very hot. They were polite and worked really hard. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

Bill was courteous, professional and most of all knew what he was doing. A little late arrival, but problem with dead air conditioner was quickly resolved. Price for capacitor seemed a bit high, but overall the bill was fair. Nice to have the air back online. Made appointment in the morning fixed by end of day. Others called couldn't make it out for 3 days.

Very good company! Bill (tech) was efficient, professional and friendly. Would have them again for any heating or air problems. No high pressure sales!

My air conditioner stopped working and so I called them ... on a Saturday and they came the same day and 3 hours earlier than they told me at first, which was great because it was really hot. It was just my capacitor and they replaced that. The guy who did the repair was super nice.
