Service was fine.  I am very pleased with the work.  I took my car in, they took me home and called me when it was ready.  I would say they do good. They are very accommodating and have great prices.

All went well, they had my tire repaired in about 30 mins.

I dropped off the tire and it was ready when they said.  No attempt to sell me anything extra, they just did the job and did it right.

After several months of my using the new brake pads, everything seems to be fine. The screech or scraping I was hearing before the work was done was gone after the pads were replaced.  They also added brake fluid.  So, as far as I know, the work was done correctly.  The service provider did the work basically in the time frame that he promised and for the price that he promised.  The price seemed to be reasonable, but I am not sure about that.  I do know that the price B&D charged is less than the dealer would have charged.  I left the car at the shop in the morning and walked home.   After the approximate afternoon  completion time they had told me had passed, I did have to call the shop to find out if the car was ready.  It was not, but the additional time was only another 45 minutes or so, and I was able to pick up the car then.   The work was still done in a reasonable amount of time for a busy car repair shop.  The employee who had worked on my car showed me the old pads, and I could see how worn they had been.  However, the shop employee was honest enough not to try to make me pay to have additional brake work done such as turning the rotor (because this was not necessary). Thank you, B & D, for being honest!

I needed to have tires replaced on both my wife's 2006 BMW and my 2003 Silverado.  I normally order all of my tires off Tire Rack and then have them installed.  For the BMW, I purchased the 4 tires online and took them down to B&D.  They charged me a nominal price (~$20 / tire) for mounting/balancing/etc and preformed an alignment for $79.99.  There was no hassle or attempt to continue selling me.  The guys in the shop were very friendly and helpful and they took care of the job in a couple of hours (they could have done it sooner, but I didn't want to wait there).
When I picked up the BMW, I priced out tires for my truck. I had already done my research and did a price comparison.  When the online shipping is included, these guys were the same price (or a couple of dollars lower) for the exact same tire.  I called them 2 days before I wanted to have the tires installed so they could order them.  When I should up, the quickly took care of the new tires and got me out of the door.
Very professional, old school shop.  I come from a long line of car guys and would highly recommend them.  There is no attempt to upsell and they will tell you the truth.

I got a new tire.  They are great and I've used them several times.  They are wonderful, very nice and they do a good job.  I have recommended them to others, my husband has used them.  There was some discussion about other tires, they what is available and for how much and what makes the most sense.  I feel they are honest.  They seem to be really into tires.  They do some repairs, but I'm not sure exactly what, they do mostly tires.  

My husband got 4 new tires from B&D.  He checked Consumer Reports for a specific make & model of tires.  B&D ordered the tires to be delivered and my husband went in for his appointment.  everything went like clockwork.  The work was done neatly and properly, and the staff was courteous and helpful.  In the end, the cost was $150 less than we had estimated when we priced the tires!

I had a blow out on the freeway and went to B&D Auto Center the following morning to have the tire replaced. They were very helpful and I had them replace two tires. This was the second time I have used this company.

Had one badly cracked tire pointed out to me by DMV. Brought car in to B&D expecting to buy two new tires. They were actually closing shop. (They close at 2:00 PM on Saturdays, not 4:00 PM as reported in Angie's list page for B&D.) But the proprietor kept his two guys on (I heard them mention overtime) and had them take the tires off to put two new tires on. They noticed that all of the tires were somewhat cracked, and showed me that. They really were - I don't think I've been taken. Then, he suggested it should be aligned and quoted me a price for that, less $10 (he said) because I was buying tires from him. I said OK. It was all complete about 35 minutes after I got there.

They were very fast, did a good a good job, were professional ,and reasonably priced.

Great. Was a little suprised at the cost of alignment but that was my fault for not asking.

Drove in without appointment to change tires - I was familiar with the prices around town and thought they were fair. They convinced me to pay for alignment as well for new tires, which made sense. Changed tires in a reasonable amount of time, and also pointed out that I needed new front brakes (which I was scheduled to have replaced at the dealer the next day). Overall, very satisfactory.

I had to go to B and D because I had a flat tire the night before and was driving on the little donut tire. They were great to me, even though I was a drive in customer with no appointment. They replaced the tire with a new one at a reasonable price and in record time. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.

I had a flat tire and needed that repaired, but when I looked over the tires I could see that it was time to change them. However, I didn't have much time. I told B&D that I would like tires but I only had a couple of hours. They replaced them well within that time. The service was straightforward and professional and the price fair.

Called the day before and went in first thing in the morning. They worked on my car right away and were done in less than an hour. Everyone was very nice and seemed to know their product.

I had let my tires go too long and had two that were completely flat. I was desperate to buy new tires quickly as I had obligations to meet that involved driving. B ad D got me in immediately and within two hours the job was done. They also aligned the car. Peter couldn't have been nicer. I was so grateful that I was able to find quick, efficient, excellent service.

When I went in the tires were ready. They did the job timely and had a nice waiting room.
