Description of Work: We had a gas leak that the Gas Company couldn't find. Andy responded on a Thursday evening and was out Friday morning. He found the leak. It was in the worst possible spot, between the curb and the house. Since this was an emergency, he had guys at the house within 2 hours digging up the old line. They had a new line installed by the next day. I've already contracted him for another job.

Description of Work: Re-pipe copper to showers and replace shower head and fixtures, replace kitchen sink fixture, convert electric dryer to gas dryer, replace piping into laundry room and replace fixtures.

Description of Work: I originally had them install a tankless water heater and we ran into a problem with "permits", on he didn't bother to pull permits when I asked him to get me the info I needed to get the information I need to pull the permit I needed to the job. He let me down. I later had him put in a new toilet I purchased and getting the service scheduled and a return call, I've decided to find another plumber, which I have and I'm well pleased.

Description of Work: Replaced faulty water filter system with a higher rated system. He went into detail what was needed, the time for repair, the warranty, and most important, showed us how to replace the filter. Very humbled contractor.

Description of Work: Andy came out on an emergency Sunday call to stop a sudden major leak in our sprinkler system. He subsequently moved the 12 valves from where bamboo had disrupted them to a more favorable location. All work was done on the promised schedule, and he was very thoughtful about how best to solve our problem. We had already used him on several previous occasions for washing machine hook-up correction, and leaks in toilets. He is one of those professionals you know will come through with a timely and correct solution to any issue related to what they do. He's also a very cool guy, which never hurts. We give a hearty recommendation and will never use another plumber.

Description of Work: Dug up 6" cut out from surface to main line(5' down). Replaced clay main line several feet towards the street and from the cutout "T" under the house to the cast pipe with PVC. Removed lawn and azaleas were properly replaced. The crew was through, hardworking and efficient!

Description of Work: Andres Castillo installed a new garbage disposal. He arrived when he said he would, and did the work at the estimated price. He was very professional and tidy, leaving the work area cleaner than when he arrived. He also pointed out work he felt should be done in the future with full explanation of why, but wasn't pushy about it. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Castillo and left a message that I needed a small job performed. He returned my call within a reasonable time and was more than willing to do the job. He arrived within the arranged time-frame and the job was completed.

Description of Work: Castillo Plumbing came when they said they would. We needed to have a new faucet installed in our bathroom sink, and the new fixture I purchased wasn't a perfect fit, so a little extra work had to be done to enlarge the holes in the porcelain sink. The plumber was polite and professional, and our problem was diagnosed and options were described. The problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again.
