Description of Work: I had a small leak in the roof around the water heater vent. The roofer could not find the leak and would not even try to fix it. Andy came out right away to size up the issue. First, he replaced the vent. When that didn't work, he did some testing with the hose and found the leak in a very hard to see place. He quickly repaired and I've had no issues. Throughout the process Andy checked in after his visits to make sure the repair was holding up. When further work was needed, he quickly scheduled a return visit.

Description of Work: I need a main drain cleared and not only was the service fast, the plumber was courteous and cleaned up after himself. He was also helpful in giving me advise for the future.

Description of Work: "I called a few plumbers and left a message and they called back right away. (First) |He tried to clean the main line through the toilet line,(toilet removed) but the snake he had was not powerful enough and had to come back the next day. I was a little disappointed that he did not carry the correct snake with him in his van, but he did try very hard to fix the problem with what he had. He ended up having to go through the toilet vent on the roof and finally got the problem solved.He was on time, polite and worked very h****** a hot day to get the job done. I would call them again if I needed a plumber."
