Andy did an excellent job. Together we first assessed the problem and what I wanted done to the kitchen faucet & garbage disposal. He gave me his assessment and clearly explained what he would do. We discussed price and the amount of time it would take to get the job done. He was accurate on both time and price and I appreciated his efficiency & professionalism. Additionally, I felt comfortable giving him a key to my unit which allowed him to come-in & out as he completed the job. Lastly, he was great with scheduling. I called him on Friday and he scheduled to perform the job the next day/Saturday.

It went very well. He could probably done it faster by assuming the worst case scenario, but tried the easier cheaper approach first.

I found Mr. Castillo through Angie's list. I chose him for 2 reasons: good reviews and he is located in the community. I try to support local businesses. We made an appointment for the next day. That day he called me to confirm our appointment. He arrived promptly and went to work. He assessed the situation and gave me an estimate range. He did a great job and left the place clean and clear. Even though he didn't think one drain needed cleaning he did it anyway. He answered all my questions and advised me to call him if there was a problem. He eventually charged me for the lower estimate. Mr. Castillo is knowledgeable, professional and customer-friendly.

Everything went great; Mr. Castillo was very responsive, personable and professional. We will definitely be calling him in the future.

I had a back up from the washing machine and hired a company to video cam my lines to find out the problem. They could only go so far and said it needed to be snaked to allow the water to drain so the problem could be seen. That same night my bathroom, hall and kitchen flooded when I took a shower. I called Mr. Castillo the next morning as I had used him before. He came out that afternoon. He pulled the toilet and started from them. He sat there for 1 1/2 hours trying to get to the stoppage and cut it out. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I had not even asked for a price because I just needed it done so I could live. Of course I think $325 is high but when I say to myself, if you were a good pro, coming out -the same day- - on the weekend and work for 2 hrs. ..he also lived around 20 miles from my home..would you charge that much and I said yes. It was good to have the problem resolved quickly.

They were on time, reliable, and trustworthy. I would leave the door unlocked and let them come in to do the work. I like that they are affordable. They are very thorough with their work.

When I called, while he thought about it for a minute, he agreed to come out of his area to come to my house. I called on a Monday or Tuesday but he could not get there until Friday. He quoted me $100.00 over the phone and that was exactly what he charged. He called before he left and was there exactly when he said he would be. As it turns out, when he came he found that the backed up sink was no longer backed up. However, he ran his snake just in case it was stuck further down the line and so that I would not have something happen after he had left. He was personable, clean, neat, and did not try and sell me something I did not need. He came and left within an hour. He said if ever I needed him again, he had no hesitation about coming back even with the distance. I am guessing but maybe 15 miles one way. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Andy did an outstanding job on the above repairs. We called about a week in advance to schedule the appointment. Andy was pleasant and professional on the phone and was attentive to our list of myriad tasks we wanted him to do. On the day of the appointment, he arrived about 20 minutes late. However, he was very conscientious in explaining how much each of the repairs would cost and whether certain additional items might be necessary to do (in the short or long term). Because we were on a tight time frame (since we had just purchased the house and needed to have the plumbing fixed before we could move in), Andy was graciously able to move around other appointments to schedule us for all the repairs the very next day. On that day, Andy arrived on time and ready to work. He did an amazing job, cleaned up after himself, explained what he was doing when we had questions, and worked efficiently.

Mr. Castillo answered my call and was very pleasant and personable. He scheduled my appointment promptly and showed up promptly as well. He took special care to protect my walls, floors, tiles, etc. from potential damage from his equipment. He was very forthcoming with information and provided thorough answers to all my questions. His work and personal presentation were superb.

Andy did an amazing job! We're a church with a rental house and we had so many things that needed to be done. Andy was a delight to work with and he took care of all of these projects. He provided us with a professional estimate, was on time, cleaned up after the work and just did a great job overall. I liked that he was very thorough and that he figured out creative solutions to some of the piping challenges. You could see that he was VERY experienced. Very nice guy too.
