At the time of service, the company was attentive and seemed professional. However, their product did not hold up. We have a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, but the company does not appear willing to honor it. They keep giving us the runaround. We called them three times in June. They wouldn't call us back until we threatened them with legal action. Then they said they meant to call us back but couldn't because they had transposed the phone numbers. Then they said we needed to fax them the warranty. After we did that, they said they needed us to fax them the contract. Meanwhile, months are going by. We finally got an attorney involved who sent John Massey at Secureroof a letter giving them a deadline for response. Massey ignored that letter and a subsequent one. In the meantime, an independent contractor and the city inspector have said Secureroof did not install the roof correctly. The estimates are now at $26,000 PLUS to fix the roof.
Description of Work: Take down wood shingle roof, reinforce existing roof and install new tile roof. Secureroof gave us a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials.
