Good experience .

They quoted an all-inclusive pack **move price** set move date. They showed up a day late with no call from them. They showed up with no packing materials. They charged for more time per 15 min. They charged me for packing materials at the end after they were to be included. The manager would not work with me. I have reported them to BBB

The movers did a good job and were careful not to damage anything. They called me with an arrival time arrived on time.

The movers work fast but careful to not damage anything. They were right on to the time of arrival and departure.

Arrived promptly. Very professional and courteous.

The Morning of the move started with the old excuse of trucking breaking down, then 9 phone calls later I find out the movers are on their way so I had to rush to the move site. The movers were complaining a lot and were semi carefully with some of my items being dinged up. The whole day was very stressful and to top it off off, the owner Damien, called at 6pm demanding payment or would not unload the truck. Very unprofessional, would not recommend. Consider this a dumb move.

outstanding customer service ! from start to finish... the strong young men sent to do my move were outstanding !! took great care with my belongings and didn't waste time, they got on it and didn't stop until it was completed ... being on a limited income this was great and thoughtful !! i've had other's in the past waste as much time as they could, from smoke breaks to just standing in the truck watching the clock tick away !!! :( i would use and will use smart move moving again in about 5 to 7 years, when i move for the last time... thank you to all at smart move moving for a job well done !!! AAAA+

Very professional staff.

They are not very careful with handling your values while moving it through out your house. Damaged walls and when asked if they were going to fix it the answer they gave us were they are not responsible for the damage. Stay away from this company

One of the reasons I chose them was because they seemed so willing to work with me and answer all my questions. BUT when it came time for the actual move, they were very disorganized. Right off the bat, instead of getting 3 packers, I ended up with 2 because one had a family emergency. I understand things happen, but it wasn't a good way to start. Then the packers only stayed for 2 hours on the first day because they didn't have enough materials. They assured me they would be back first thing the next day, when they would finish packing, load the truck and move me. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. They got backed up on the job ahead of mine and so were only able to finish packing and load the truck. They had to delay the actual move until the next day. When that day came, they got to the destination and discovered that they didn't have the key to unload the truck. It was a disaster, taking 3 days instead of the 2 promised and leaving me very frustrated. Damian gave some accomodation on the price, and the crew was very nice, but there's no way I can recommend them.

4 Hours Late. They did not bother to call I had to chase them down. Their excuse..truck problems. I received 2 calls later in the morning siting truck problems. I found out later they had moved someone that morning! Weeks prior my salesperson Ricky Castillo had committed to having a crew at my door at 7 am. To confirm all was on track I called Ricky the Wed before the Monday move. He confirmed the move, confirmed that he would be there, and informed me that their dispatch would call me later to confirm. I did not hear a peep until I started calling them at 8 am the day of the move! When I tried Rickys number he responded with a text referring me to someone else claiming he was on another job. The guys Finally arrived and began to unload but it was obvious they were exhausted. They did not leave till after 8pm! After the move I noted two significant dents in my curved walls. The actual movers were cordial, helpful and did clean as best they could. The double booking I blame on their management. I would not recommend Smart Move Moving and Storage.

movers were on time, worked with me on scheduling when people were not out of the place I purchased when they were supposed to be

They came on short notice, showed up same day. They worked quickly, protected my belongings well, and everything was moved safely.
