I just moved into my new house which is over 60 years old. My daughter noticed that we had water pooling in the front yard after running the washing machine and taking showers at the same time. Given the age of the house and the fact that it had been empty for over a year, I was seriously worried about the situation. The plumber, Rueben, found blockages in the sewer line at both 20 feet and 80 feet. He had to use more than one type of clog buster and spent 2 solid hours working on the clogs. He also replaced corroded seals....I think that's what they are called....which should help prevent sand and dirt from getting into the sewer line in the future. I have no doubt that a less experienced plumber or one who is out of integrity could have easily extracted thousands of dollars from me. Rueben was amazing. He was extremely professional, hard-working, and knowledgable. It was obvious that he really knew what he was doing. He also took the time to explain everything throughout the process. Additionally, I called on Monday, the week of Christmas and Pioneer Plumbing had someone out that day. Rueben was at my home until approximately 7 PM and had another service call after me, yet he never gave me the impression that anything else was more important than getting my plumbing working. I will never use any other plumber again. Thank you, Pioneer Plumbing and deepest gratitude to Rueben.

Technician Leon and Apprentice Daniel did a great job fixing the problem. work was professional, and fast. Leon was very informative with his explanation of his progress. Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing problem, very honest, fast service, very professional.

The office staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Leon and David were able to solve a tricky sewer problem, worked quickly and kept us informed on what was going on.

Totally impressed with the service I received today! Todd and Aaron were complete gentlemen and answered all of my questions (more out of curiosity than anything else), did an amazing job, both on time and on budget. They left everything looking great as it looked before, talked me through any concerns I had and again, did a superb job, in this case replacing the old parts with those of much higher quality. Just super impressed.

Called on 8/5/2015 for quote. They called back 8/6 to set appointment. The guy that was coming out 8/7 called to say he was on the way. Came out answered all my question, check everything out. Not a problem. I'm calling to set up annual service. They gave great service! Would recommend this company to everyone!

He did fine but the charge is exorbitant. However , all plumbers in Tucson are high and always try to "upsell" services There was a big meeting a number of years ago of the plumbing companies and a marketing specialist who advised them that if they left a premise with less than $500 they had not done their job. That they should always try to upsell and to get the consumer to pay more. We will not use them again nor will we refer them to our clients as most of our clients are old and on fixed incomes. We are now using the services of a gentleman who spent 30+ years in commercial plumbing in California and who is now in Tucson working as a "handyman" He provided a service for us personally this morning and also educated us on water softners and RO systems.

Work was done quickly and have had no additional problems.

I am very pleased with the quality service, Pioneer Plumbing Heating and Cooling provided. Their Plumber arrived within 10 minutes of the estimated time of I was told. The Plumber from Pioneer Plumbing heating and Cooling was very professional and knowledgeable. He perform the Water Heater replacement with a reasonable time frame and cleaned up after he was done. The total price I paid was ~20% less than Hester Plumbing coupon charge to replace a 50 Gal Electric Water Heater. Well done Pioneer Plumbing Heating and Cooling. One key note, Pioneer Plumbing Heating and Cooling responded promptly, where as Hester Plumbing never returned my call. To me that says a lot about a Company.

Had talked with company on a Friday afternoon but the estimator wasn't in. He called me back on Monday morning. We set up a time for him to come over and look at the job. He came over Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning I had the estimate in my email. I called him back, again it was on a Friday :), he returned my call Monday morning and we set up for the plumber to come Wednesday morning. The plumber called me 15 minutes before he arrived at 8 am. He went right to work and was done in 2 1/2 hours. I was very please with everyone I had dealings with.

Awesome, they came out the same day we called. Work done with good craftmanship. Pleasant experience all the way around.

Jesse was great! He called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he got right to work. He was knowledgeable and very professional. One of the toilets started leaking that night, but we talked and agreed he would come back in the morning and fixed it. No charge.

We had recently used Angie's List to identify a good plumber to repair burst pipe in the ceiling of our home. They were very prompt, professional and had the lowest estimate--plus they gave us an Angie's list discount. When we discovered a second problem, caused in part by work on repairing our concrete foundation about a month later, we contacted Renee from Pioneer who came out the next morning to examine the problem and give us a quote via email later that day. NOTE: The plumber the foundation repair contractor provided--Woods Plumbing--gave us a quote of $875--over $200 more than Pioneer. Renee then sent a plumber out the next day who made the repairs. In examining the work done, we noticed that the box covering the pressure reduction valve was a few inches below grade level so we contacted Renee. He sent the plumber out the next morning to realign the in-ground box to grade level. We have been very satisfied with the promptness, pricing, quality and responsiveness of Pioneer Plumbing and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

If you're going to charge top dollar, then I expect top service; otherwise, I could've gone with much cheaper options in town. The installers themselves were very professional. The problems I have are: 1. Poor communication. I paid good money for the initial plumber's consultation, but nothing was communicated to whoever wrote up the order and or installers that showed up. They knew nothing about my desire to have the supporting pedestal strengthened before installation. 2. Poor quality. If you're going to charge more than $500 for a Bradford-White heater, then whose job is it to inspect them? The unit was badly damaged, so they had to phone around to find a replacement. They then showed up with a different model number, itself having a couple of small dents. So I was faced with the option of refusing it again, and wasting even more of my time, or accepting it just to get it over with. 3. Zero follow-up. Not so much as a phone call to check how the unit is working, nor any apology or explanation of the issues.

They arrived and placed new clean heavy mats on the carpet. Removed washer and checked the drain, every thing looked ok . Then the plumber looked at the washer drain line, he stated it was missing the rubber drain seal and the hose was not centered in the drain causing the discharge water to hit the side of the drain pipe and make a huge amount of suds. Created a seal from some foam pipe insulation I had and tie-wrapped it around the drain hose and they reinstalled the washer. Now everything drains without causing soap bubbles and water to splash out of the drain. They also installed a new water heater drain valve. They arrived on time, were very careful and polite they cleaned everything before they left. They will be the first plumber we will call if ever in need of plumbing work again. The price charged was very reasonable.

Pioneer was able to schedule a technician for the next day, which was exactly what I needed. Technician lowered clean out to ground level quickly and efficiently.

Went well. Cassius, did an excellent job. Without any prompting, he Identified the cause of another problem that had been bothering us since we moved into the house. Simple fix, no charge. Definitely will be our go to plumber in the future.

We called Pioneer Plumbing four days before Christmas to repair a leaking toilet tank. Because of their high ratings and significant number of positive comments, we were prepared to wait until after Christmas before someone would be available. To our surprise, Cassius arrived within only a couple of hours. In addition to being very competent, he was a highly personable company representative. The work met our expectations and the price was reasonable. We will certainly call them should we need a plumber in the future.

A week before Christmas our water heater quit working. This is not your ordinary water heater, it is a LPG direct vent special order appliance. We found a replacement at Lowe's that would be available for pick-up in January. My husband suspected that the thermocoupler was bad, but he also noticed water on the bottom pan of the heater, so it was also leaking. Since we did could not go without hot water for 2 weeks, we thought maybe we could just get the thermocoupler replaced as a temporary fix while waiting for the new heater to arrive. We called Jim Foster at Pioneer Plumbing and he spent the morning trying to find a different water heater that might be available in a more reasonable time frame. No luck. He didn't want us to pay for a service call just to replace the thermocoupler because we live up in the mountains, so he was able to talk my husband through removing the thermocoupler himself, then told him where to get the right replacement. He was available any time my husband had a question, even though there was nothing in it for him. If I ever need the services of a plumber, I will not hesitate to call on Pioneer Plumbing. Judging by his customer service when he had nothing to gain, his expert advice, and his familiarity with this unusual product, I can't imagine that his hands on work would be any less stellar.

They were very prompt, professional, and confident in their diagnosis. They did a very good job and did exactly what I needed which was to have a diagnosis in writing.

They were prompt, on time, did a nice job, and it was good service. They were supposed to call with an estimate for putting in a hose bit outside, but they didn't do that. The cost seemed a little high to me.

When DIY attempts made matters worse I turned to all the rave reviews about Pioneer and gave them a try. They called me back very promptly, offered same morning service ( I needed next day due to work schedule). Cassius called on the way and arrived even sooner than predicted. He was quick, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. Will I use them again? Oh yes indeed!

Cassius from Pioneer Plumbing called to confirm his arrival time. He was punctual and professional taking the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions. I decided to replace the faucet in the master bathroom sink. Cassius resolved the problems that arise with an older "semi-custom" home. He also addressed other problems without being asked. The master bathroom sink never drained properly. As it turns out the pipes under the sink were installed incorrectly. Now the sink works great. I appreciated his attention to detail.
