The estimator was out within a couple of days of my contacting the company to review the job and give me an estimate. He was very professional and willing to listen to my ideas and also make suggestions of his own on how best to complete the request. Within two days I recieved the estimate through e-mail and was pleasently surprised at the price. On the agreed upon date, Carlos and his partner Juanito arrived and immediately began working. Carlos explained exactly what they were going to do and assured me that the damage to the drywall would be as minimal as possible. The took exceptional care to cover all of the floors in the affected areas. The cuts made in the drywall are very fine and require only light topping mud to close. Throughout the entire process, they invited me to look over their work and make sure I am happy with the results. This is an incredably professional company who I want back for any other plumbing needs I have.

My front and back faucets were in terrible shape. I called Pioneer plumbing and the Journeyman Plumber arrived on time, finished the job in hour and I was able to make it to work an hour late as opposed to having to take a half a day off. I was impressed with the professionalism and genuine concern to get my faucets in functional shape. I would contact them again for future repairs.

Ray arrived on time, was courteous and went directly to work. Did a good job of explaining what needed to happen in order to get the job done.

Very well. Service tech had the replacement part on his truck, thus saving me an additional cost for him to obtain a replacement at a plumbing supply store (travel time).

While expensive, it was satisfactory and i believe i will have no problems in the future.

They were great giving me an estimate over the phone and even encouraged me to save money by making sure it wasn't something I could fix myself. I was able to send them a photo of the spigot to help with the estimate. They were on time and the technician was polite and insisted on putting on shoe covers whenever he walked through the house. When he was done with the spigot and there was still time left to the one hour flat rate, he helped me trouble shoot a few other issues around my house. I was very happy with their service and did not feel that they were just trying to make a buck. I would use them again and would refer them to my family and friends.

I am so happy to have found Pioneer Plumbing. They are great! I have a history of bad experiences with plumbers that have involved outright lies and much inflated pricing for work that didn't need to be done. At my wits end, I came on Angie's list and found Pioneer. I called the company yesterday and left a message. Don called me back within just a couple of hours and spent a long time talking with me on the phone - explaining how the company works, how they hire and train their employees, and with which businesses they work in the area (like Southwest Gas, Target, etc.). Don also explained that their reputation is all by word-of-mouth since the company does not advertise. The fact that the ratings here are so high is an indication of the kind of excellent reputation Pioneer Plumbing has built. I was able to schedule Cassius for our plumbing work today (just one day after my initial call). He just left and I couldn't be more pleased with the work done as well as Cassius' professionalism and friendly demeanor. I would strongly recommend this company if you're looking for a plumber. Pioneer will definitely be my "go to" plumbers whenever I have need of such services.

When we got an enormous water bill on a Saturday, we realized that our main line from the meter to the house (100 ft) had sprung a major leak, and we soon found a pool of water in the desert. We called Pioneer on Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning, they made a temporary fix to the line and began mapping out the path and clearing it of cactus and brush. Tuesday and Wednesday they installed a new line. The work was very professionally done and they carefully restored the soil so that we can hardly notice the path through the desert.

Overall, the bid was very, very good. This was the second bid I received and the bid was very, very complete. It was broken down in to different entities which was great because it gives the homeowner a choice of what they wanted to do. I would definitely call him.

Ray really did a good job. This is the second time we have called Pioneer Plumbing. Really great people to work with. Both people they sent out were very knowledgeable and just plain nice. We will certainly use them again.

Cassius was very friendly and professional. He showed up promptly and fixed the leaking faucet quickly. He also scraped some mineral deposit out of the toilets to make them flush more effectively. I asked him about the possibility of installing a dishwasher in our old kitchen. He examined the kitchen plumbing and the proximity of an electrical outlet to see how difficult it would be. He took pictures and told me that the company would send me an estimate for the work. If their estimate is competitive, I would hire this company again.

They were quick to responded. They weren’t the cheapest price but they explained why they had a higher charge. They are very thorough with the work. You definitely get what you pay for.

I have used Pioneer plumbing twice and found them to be excellent. They were professional, on time, and very reasonable. Furthermore they identified possible solutions that I had not thought of and added an additional shut off value to avoid future issues. I would highly recommend them. Aubrey

I found the leak in the backyard on a Saturday afternoon. After turning off the water at the meter, I turned to Angie's list to help find a plumber. I called Pioneer and Rob answered right away. He asked a few questions about the problem and said he would send his on-call plumber over after he finished the job he was working on. Rob didn't give me a price estimate and I forgot to ask at the time. Rob did remind me to tell the plumber about the 10% Angie's List discount.Jesse the plumber arrived about half an hour later. He looked at the leak and told me what he would try to do first (dig up the leaking pipe, determine if it could be repaired, perform the repair.) Jesse told me the rate would be $139/hr plus materials. I told him about the discount and he hesitated. After first saying the discount only covered parts and materials he said he would have to call his boss when he was done.Jesse worked quickly and efficiently. He found the leak, cut out the broken section of pipe and replaced it with two couples and a new section of pipe. He strongly suggested replacing the entire pipe because it is a poor quality pipe that is prone to break.The work took about 2 hours. After creating the invoice and talking to his supervisor, Jesse applied the 10% service discount. I thought Jesse was professional and easy to talk to about the plumbing system and the work he was doing. He suggested the additional line replacement work but wasn't pushy about it. I would work with Pioneer again.

Cacsious (?) came to the door and he was just so nice. He was about as nice a person as I have ever met (good looking too, I'm just sayin'). Anyway, he expalined everything that we wanted done and how it would be done. He was very neat. He was very careful to not make any mess in the house. I would hire them again in a minute. Every thing was done that I asked him to do. My list is completely taken care of. He was very professional.

Water spilled out in the kitchen floor from an unknown source. I was afraid that we had a leak under our slab. I called pioneer. Rob, Chris and Cassius showed up. All three seemed well mannered and respectful. When we started to get into the diagnosis, Cassius took the lead and was as methodical in finding and diagnosing the problem. If Medical Doctors could be as good as he is, we would all be a lot healtheir. Throughout the whole process cassius explained what he was thinking, why he was thinking it, and what he next step was. I am very satisfied with my overall experience.

Someone came to fix the leak the next day after I called to make the appointment. When it became obvious that the faucet needed replacement, the plumber offered to go get lunch while I went out to get a new faucet so we wouldn't be charged for his time. We had some other plumbing issues, so he fixed those while I was away. Way better than having him leave and come back another time!

I had sent a photo of the leak over email and had email and phone correspondences prior to having them out to do the work. They came prepared with additional plumbing components to deal with different possible contingincies. We had originally arranged to have the work performed on a Monday, however the service technician called on the previous Friday and offered to do the work on a Saturday if it would be more convenient for us (he had another job in our area that day). He called before arriving and was here at the begining of the time window we had initially agreed on. He arranged to be able to get in and out of the work area in the least disruptive and most efficient path and gave us notice that we would be without water to the house for a little bit. He was efficient, and worked on other aspects of the job while waiting for the PVC glue to dry. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and why, prior to performing the work - and explained what he was doing during after he completed the work.

Pioneer Plumbing was extremely professional from the initial phone call to completion of service. I called in the morning around 8:30 and described the issue. I was told to expect them between 10:00 and 2:00 that same day. The plumbers arrived at 10:00 on the dot and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. They carefully explained what they were going to do and completed the work in an excellent manner. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasurable experience. I would call them again without hesitation.

They were called and dd the job above and beyond. Guy who came out needed a warranty part which was sent overnight and arrived next morning. He had jury duty and returned to complete job after it finished.

Called the Company and that day, Cliff came out, assessed the problem, fixed the kitchen pipes. I will and you should use this Company in the future.

I had used Pioneer Plumbing to replace the toilet in the guest bathroom as well as fix leaking faucets in the back yard. They were professional, arrived in the time window promised, answered all questions. Did not hesitate to call them for this job. I called Pioneer Plumbing at 8 PM on a Monday to fix/replace a leaking water heater. They came out the next morning. Unfortunately, it was not a simple replace scenario because of where the water heater was located inside the house -- it looks like the support for the raise platform of the "closet" where the water heater was located was not up to code, there was plumbing missing for the escape valve. Items that the previous installer had not mentioned. I opted to have the water heater moved to the garage. Pioneer Plumbing provided an estimate and scheduled the work for that Friday. Because they could not schedule their own electrician to perform the work, Pioneer was willing to work with an electrician I would hire. The work was done on Friday. The crew was professional and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up the work areas in the house and the garage. Pioneer also insulated the new pipes.
