I like their punctuality and good service. They did what they said they were going to do, and gave the price that they were going to give.

The original appointment was between 3-5 pm but I was stuck at work until 3:30. When they called at 3 and said they'd be there right away I asked if they could hold off until 3:30 and they did, rather than rescheduling, which was great! Once here the plumber got to work identifying the problems and fixing them promptly and professionally. Will definitely use again!

Once again, Pioneer Plumbing was first class in the estimation & execution of the entire job. It was a complex job as it required precise placement of several conduit pipes to be used for the future pool. PP also installed a new gas line from the meter to an area to be used the pool heater. Pioneer Plumbing used Ocotillo Concrete for the new slab. OC were experienced & professional. The slab is perfectly level as is necessary for the pool...

I called about 7:15 AM. The technician arrived a bit after 9:00 AM and had the repair finished and the bill submitted by 10:00 AM. Cassius, the technician, was very efficient and professional. He showed me where the leak was before starting the repair and how the repair was made, and even gave me tips on setting the timer for the recirculating system. He noted some other plumbing problems that houses in our development have had so that I can be on the lookout for these. Based on this experience, I would definitely call Pioneer again for any plumbing work that I need done.

The plumber named Cassius was right on time....I had called for emergency service because the freezer had died and the water inside was smelling really bad. He vacuumed it all out and moved it to the front of my garage so The Salvation Army could pick it up. He also did extra things like sweeping out the garage for me. I am extremely pleased with the fine job and great attitude.

Pioneer Plumbing was very responsive, affordable, and professional. They listened to my description of how the plumbing was run in our older (and quite confusing) house and took my input seriously. They actually crawled into the crawlspace when they came out to give me a quote and pointed out to me various aspects of how the work would be done (where the water came into the house, how the new pipe would be laid, etc.). They worked quickly to get us water back and checked and troubleshooted when they were finished. When we didn't have water to the master bathroom because the water for that room came in off a branch of the main line, they quickly troubleshooted and fix the problem for a very reasonable price. The workers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would (and already have!) definitely hire them for future projects.

Had them come out to give me an estimate. They were very helpful and informative. They were also "inventive" in how the jobs could be completed. Unfortunately I was unable to get the job done at that time but I would definitely consider them in the future.

Responded promptly and got a crew out. We were really in need of help. They had to send for additional equipment and staff. They were able to get our line open although not all the way. We have an older property so it wasn't their fault. They communicated effectively and kept us up on what they were doing. We have already used them on another problem. That says a lot.

Pioneer Plumbing was great. We don't have any other experience with other plumbers. They were very responsive.

They arrived about 4 hours after I called. Cheerful and knowledgable. Tried several different approaches to solve the problem and in short order our problem was solved. He pointed out a change in the drain system to improve the flow and gave us a reasonable estimate to do the change. The laundry and kitchen drain is back to like new service.

Technician arrived promptly, was cheerful & professional. He accomplished the work efficiently & arrived accomplished the work & was gone in the amount of time others have used to enter the house with their tools. Will definitely use them again!

After a HORRIBLE experience with a previous plumbing company who left me with a temporary water line, I contacted Pioneer Plumbing who came out the same day I contacted them. They had all the supplies they needed in their truck and had fixed my water line immediately. VERY professional and prompt. I'm not easily impressed but I can't help but brag about this company. I've been referring them to co-workers, neighbors, friends, everyone! Don was fantastic and would highly recommend this company for those of you who live in the Vail area.

Pioneer Plumbing has done a lot of work for us over the years and we have always been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. They call to say they're on the way and show up on time. The staff appears to be very knowledgeable, as well as personable. We have recommended them to others and will continue to contact them in the future.

The appointment time was for 8:00. Cassius arrived at 8:35 but he did call us to tell us he was stuck in traffic and would be about 30 minutes late. Cassius did a great job! He checked the area to see if moisture had gotten into the seam. Thankfully there was no moisture so he put a thick bead of caulking behind the shower walls where the two sides meet and then he recaulked the seam Cassius was very professional and courteous and he even put up with our 3 dogs!!!! I would definitely use this company again!

Everything went smoothly. The service representatives were punctual and professional. The jobs were completed as expected. Also, Danny at the main office was very helpful and responded to all emails, texts, and phone calls very quickly.

A+ experience. I had a water line leak and called some other companies who either did not want to travel to my location or did not call me back. I called Pioneer and the receptionist was friendly, professional, very accommodating, and showed concern for my problem. To my surprise, she was able to get a Tech (Jose) to my house a short time later. Jose was also friendly, professional and competent. The work was completed in 30 minutes and was done right. I found the cost given the distance and quick service to be very reasonable. They are now my go to guys for plumbing needs thanks to Angie's List.

Plumber arrived on time and was very professional and informative through the whole process. I could tell that he took pride in his work and knew exactly what he was doing. After installation area was cleaned up and left as when he arrived.

They did a great job. They were here an hour early which they called and asked about first. The guy was nice and professional. He took the old one out and made sure nothing was leaking. It was a great experience and I would use them again.

1st guy they sent said we had to install pipe through wall. Wouldn't listen to me about going through the cabinets (I'm a woman). I called their office and they sent another plumber, relieving the first one. Their second plumber was fast and knowledgeable.
