I was not impressed. I had the list of cabinets worked out with them and they quoted $13,000.  I made changes and was told they would send me an updated quote in a few days. They failed to get back to me when they said and I never received the email.

The people in the flooring were really good. They negotiated a price with us. Scheduling was a little tricky. The carpet takes a little time. It was also a little hard to a hold of the installers. But once I got

Their price is reasonable. I don't like that they don't seem to have enough staff ever. It is hard to find somebody to answer questions. They are unionized and so they don't have any trouble telling that the company is responsible for that. If I find someone to talk to, they are pretty good.

When the order came in, it was perfect; no corrections at all. Nothing was left over or wasted. It was an amazing accomplishment and we were very happy. Everything was even better than I had hoped it would be. This is a definite must for kitchens. The granite counter tops are exquisite - the man who made them was really an artist.

The person that I had talked to over the phone wasn't there when I went there, so I had to go several times to get an estimate. I really liked the different kind of doors they had and I really didn't have to go to anyone else. It took several phone calls and three visits to finally place my order for service. They were supposed to hold my doors but they didn't get it done intact scheduled as I had to some outside party. When they came and did the installation it took a very long time. The workers didn't have the work order with them and there were lot of portions that were supposed to be done. It just was kind of mess. Finally they did a good job and did their best they can but it was a very long process. Their price was great and they didn't charge me extra. I would use them again the future.

It went excellent. They gave me a very good deal on the grill, since we were buying the other components. They were very accomodating. We did all the installation ourselves. I did quite a bit of shopping online and research and Lowes had the best deal. They were very helpful.
