Charles and Brandon arrived at my house on time and were ready to work. They were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and completed the job. They cleaned up and removed all of the debris from the job. They were in my opinion a good representative of this company and are welcomed back at my home.

The installers (Josh's crew) were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The work area was clean when they left, and the process took less than an hour. Great work!

These windows are beautiful. We noticed a difference in the house temps right away. Jeff was very helpful in getting everything set up. Robby was great with the install very professional and clean. I am the type who likes to ask questions about how things are done and he answered everything. Day 1 got canceled due to rain and day 2 was lookin scary but they got all windows installed in 1 day and they even did it so if it ended up raining wouldnt be stuck with big holes in the wall. Great job

The installers were awesome! Took out the old slider and installed the new one, made sure everything was perfect. Cleaned area up, excellent job, excellent product!

It went extremely well. The installers were thoroughly professional and always cleaned up every day of work. This was an excellent experience and the finished job is beautiful and most pleasing. Couldn't have asked for better. The old windows dated back to the fifties and the transformation was awesome! Totally satisfied in every way.

I manage the property for a family friend and they would not come out without talking to the property owner because of "legal issues". Never heard of that before. Also, they wanted to be sure that I knew that they were expensive while talking on the phone. It was an odd conversation and based on the effort to just try to get a quote I would stay away. Seems like they don't really want your business anyway.

EVERYONE, from the first person who knocked on my door and offered to schedule a free estimate, to the last man who patched the exterior stucco, Renewal By Andersen could not have been more professional and wonderful to work with. They completed the work in less time than planned, cleaned up after themselves and just made themselves part of the family! I have 5 pets and they took time to get to know them, so that they'd feel comfortable with everything that was going on in their space.

Awesome!!!! I love our new windows. We had 5 windows installed. Kyle did great job with the installation. They taped everything off, put done drop clothes, and most important cleaned up after themselves. A couple of weeks later they came back and painted the exterior where they had to pull the old windows out. Now, you would not know the windows were not installed when we built the house.

We had an outstanding person, Martin Martinez to inform us about the windows. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the entire process. Very professional! Our windows and french doors were installed on Dec. 21st, 22nd, 23rd. as scheduled. The crew arrived at 7:30am, introduced themselves and began organizing their materials. Robby T., the leader told us how they would take out the windows and process of putting windows in. We appreciated the overview and confirmation of what was being done and when. We had a very professional team: Robby, Art and Dylan. They gathered, went over the plan for the day, explained things to us and began their work focused and determined to give us the best of their talents. The first day they were here from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. They put up tarps to contain the dust as much as was possible. They were careful, respectful of us ,our things, our two dogs. These men were exemplary in their behavior, work ethnic, and did an outstanding job of putting in our windows and doors. .Each day they arrived between 7:30am -8:00am and worked until 6:30 or 7:00pm. When a transition piece arrived badly flawed, Robby took it upon himself to find a replacement that met his and our high standards which prevented us from a longer delay and tripping hazard My husband's father was an Industrial Art's teacher and designed and built homes each summer to help provide for his family. My mother was the first woman to design homes for the World War II veterans returning in KY. We both grew up with the highest expectations and a knowledge of what an excellent job and work ethic looked like.The team ran into all kinds of problems, challenges with poor construction when the home was built, but they figured out how to resolve the issues and did an outstanding job. Each day they vacuumed, mopped and cleaned up the dust and debris. The finishing pieces for the french doors is back ordered and we are waiting to get a time line when they will arrive and be installed. Once that is done they will come back and do the finishing stucco work that is needed. My husband's father and my mother would have been proud to have these three men working for them. We are pleased and proud to have had them in our home. We love the windows, the doors are amazing. Things are not finished yet. However, we are sure the rest of the project will be conducted in the outstanding manner in which it began. Doug and Judith Bobbitt

There were three bay windows in the front and one "regular". Side windows were one picture and one kitchen. The window measurements were taken previously so these could be built to those dimensions. I knew right away the install was going to go smoothly when the installers went to each window to replace and compared their measurements to those taken previously. Each and every one was an exact match. They cut out each window, installed the new one, and sealed it from the inside with caulk. The installers arrived at 8:00 and were done by 2:00 and that was with a lunch break! They look like they were original to the house and the next morning I could tell the difference in the room with the front door. The temperature was close to the rest of the house. Previously this room could get 10 degrees colder and one could feel the cold and heat coming through the window. Not now!! Now we are going to have them do the back window, sliding glass door, and bedroom picture window. The quality of these windows is exceptional. The installers were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up the areas.

I wasn’t totally satisfied because they made an error and cut the hole too big in the wall and then they had to patch it up and then they had to come back and try to match the paint so at some place, there was a glitch along the way. I think that the price was probably pretty fair. We had a few estimates. The doors are fine. I would give them high marks. It was just it was handled. The work was subcontracted. They didn’t handled it very well and they were responsible for that. They never admitted their mistake and they tried to cover up and then we finally did get some satisfaction but not 100% satisfaction.

Well....I had an A+ experience. I had a work crew Rob, Art,Ryan,Eddy and Earl who worked hard and I mean WORKED until I said stop...and 2 nights worked until dark thirty to get the job done. They were respectful coming and going into our home and to me. They introduced themselves, shook our hands and explained everything they were doing...with patience! They worked in 112 degree HOT weathers or four very long days. With their great work attitude it made the job go as well as, well, IT WAS FANTASTIC, and I would so do it again in a New York minute!

The windows are really good but as far as the service it was probably a “C” or “D” because we had problems with the vertical blinds. We already had a problem with that before they installed the windows. So, I guess they could have put the blinds in a different way so that we did not have problems with the blinds. I say for sure that they are selling a good product and a great product. I think they are the only ones who can put in that type of windows so we are stuck to them. I think you will have to put up with what you get.

We called on Thursday June 12 to schedule an appointment to have them give us a quote on replacing all of our windows & sliding door. The appointment was scheduled for Monday June 16th at 7pm. I even arranged to have my 5 yr old away from the house so he would not be a distraction so we could view the entire presentation without any disruptions. So much for that because they did not show. If that is a representation of how they do business then I do not want any part of that. I would rather spend my money with the guy who showed up on time.

They did terrible! Their prices are too high, they didn't complete the job, their tactics are high pressure. I would not use these people again.

Did a wonderful job. Couldn't have been more pleased with their work, clean up and information about the windows. Would recommend them without hesitation. Not cheap but excellent quality and has saved a lot on my heating and air conditioning bills due to the product itself and the excellent instillation.

They were very disorganized and didn't like one of the salespersons. He made a lot of mistakes, but the company finally fixed it.

The nicest professional group of people I have every had the pleasure of working with. Starting with sales person, to measurer, to installers, and project manager...and the office staff / phone communication was warm and welcoming.

The sales presentation scheduled for 2 hours went far longer. There was the typical 'discount price only if you commit today' pressure and the cost is quite high so such a significant financial decision with little time to think it over made us uncomfortable. We had one very critical prerequisite which was to have the vendor secure written confirmation that the replacement windows would not invalidate our home Historic Neighborhood designation. This was never provided, however I did receive verbal confirmation from the Historical Society. The best part of the entire process was the installation. Although it took twice as long as estimated (three and a half days), this was as a result of our insistence that any damage to the opening (brick on the outside and plaster on the inside) be avoided. Also, we wanted to be able to use the same window blinds which were expensive custom blinds mounted inside the window opening. The installer took this to heart and took his time being careful and there was absolutely no problem for which we are grateful, particularly when we learned the installer was paid based on each opening not on his time on the job. Finally, we are extremely pleased with the windows a year after installation. They have reduced the sound and the dust significantly and, although we have seven more windows yet to be replaced, I believe our energy usage has been reduced.

It was a while ago but i do know it went very smoothly and I would do it again!! I have not regretted one moment prior to, during or after the installation of these windows and doors.

I had to send a letter to the Bank that financed the windows and below is what I said (note: I am very upset about this whole experience) This letter will describe our situation with Anderson Windows and the UNACCEPTABLE service we have received from them. In March 2013 a sales representative from Renewal by Anderson Window Replacement came to my home and gave me an estimate on replacing all the windows. The agreement was that we would have all the windows replaced for 18, 682.00 dollars with a monthly payment of 224.00 dollars this was not true. The date we chose was May 6 th and 7 th it was a Monday and Tuesday. Jennifer customer rep informed us that it would be a two day job and that we’d receive a reminder call just before. Well the call came on May 3 rd and we were informed the first day the contractors would arrive between 8 and 9 am and their names were Mark and Sherry. Monday morning early I wake all excited waiting for the install to start. 8 am passes, 9 am passes and 10 am passes and no contractors are at our door. Come to find out I had received a voicemail from an unknown number so I decided to listen to it, and Lo and behold it was the contractor Sherry leaving the voicemail stating they didn’t know what time the office said they would be out here to start but that they have meetings on Mondays and it would be a couple hours before they would arrive and they were still gathering materials and getting things loaded up, and should be arriving somewhere around 11. Well needless to say they arrived close to Noon instead. So the first day consisted of getting one window out for they left around 4ish I think it was. That very first night I had a problem with the way a screen was fitting into the window the gap on the sides is so huge a bee could even fit through it! That’s worse than our old windows. I brought this to their attention and apparently between all of them talking it’s something that happens all the time, and they were going to try and come up with something to fix it. They never did! Everyone was too busy trying to rush through all the work to get on to the next job. So Mark and Sherry left for the day and said they would be back early in the morning and with someone to help them along. The next day they arrived with a guy named David things seemed to move much quicker this day and they just kept plugging on. Then Mark and Sherry left for lunch and ended up not coming back for a few hours. Well mind you I am not once having heard from the office regarding anything going on, they were all on their phones a bunch and Mark said he had spoken to Jennifer , well why hadn’t anyone from the office called me? The contractors kept saying they had spoken to the office and were told to do this and that well, I being the Client wasn’t informed of any of it from the office. Then after they took like a 3 hour lunch and went and got some flimsy acrylic piece trying to stretch the screen and he should’ve known that it wouldn’t work before he even purchased it. Then everyone was rushing to clean up because they had another job to be at the next morning and informed me that they wouldn’t be here the following morning because of course this had now turned into a 3 day job. That David was getting a new or “his Own” crew and would be back with them to finish the install. When I found this information out, David had already left for the day, how was this decision made in its entirety and not ONE phone call from the office to confirm reiterate nothing about any of this new information. David and a young man named Nick arrived the next morning, and I guess looking around they realized how much work had actually been left undone, and I explained how I felt everyone had rushed out the day before and to my surprise they both went straight to work, realizing a lot of caulking had not been done windows left unsealed, and two actually remained to be removed and the new one’s put in. I will admit they didn’t even take breaks I had to make them at least eat. However I came to the conclusion that in no way shape or form could this house be completed in even a 3 day period, NOT with a 2 man crew the first day and not starting till Noon, 3 man crew the 2 nd day , and a 2 man crew again the following 3 rd day. There are so many HUGE chips in our brick and walls surrounding the areas, and the amount of damage left behind doesn’t even make the windows look good at all. They were so rushed through they’re not leveled, were improperly shimmed, and filled as well as caulked and the areas surrounding them to seal the windows. I have called repeatedly asking to speak with the Project Manager, General Manager someone! In turn all I got was a different person every single time saying they can take a message and will send an e-mail and “make sure” that it got to the right people and taken care of right away. I never received a call back from John the General Manager no matter how many times I had asked for him I never got to speak with him, nor did I get a private email address for him a cell phone to contact him outside of the office if need be, and believe me he was never in the office always in a meeting etc. etc. I have the names of all who I left messages with as well. Finally I had enough and I called their Financial Manager wanting to try and find a Corporate number to contact. Nothing happened again - until I told the bank who financed the project I was not going to pay until it was fixed. Finally they sent a crew to fix the windows but this time I was going to have them inspected by a home inspector to make sure they were installed correctly - imagine my surprise when I saw the official report saying the windows are not install correctly.
