Adam and crew did an excellent job! It started from the very beginning with arriving on time for an estimate and giving me an estimate prior to leaving. This was my first A+ for Dream Big because I had several contractors in and some never even bothered to return an estimate. The estimate was competitive, but also I immediately felt like this was someone I could work with who would listen to my ideas but also guide me based on his experience. I visited several tile stores and brought home numerous samples. When we narrowed it down to a few, Adam was willing to come back and offer advice on which would look good when it was in our whole house and not just one sample tile. Adam and Sierra Tile helped us find enough of the tile we liked which took a little searching, but we were able to obtain the quantity we needed. Since this was our first remodel ever, we kind of new what we wanted but we weren't sure about all the details. Adam was so helpful in pointing out things like our front door and archway were off center so if we placed a medallion there is would be off center one way or the other. He also suggested laying the tile on a diagonal and lining those diagonals up with the various arches in our house. His expertise in these areas was another A+ feature! I never would have even thought about these issues, but I can see now how important it is to take these items into consideration. The Dream Big crew showed up every day on time and ready to work. Adam is on site and working alongside the crew everyday not just stopping by to see what the crew is doing. We were given updates about the project progress daily and the crew cleaned up their equipment before they left. The craftsmanship is top notch-every cut and grout line is set just right! Even after the job was completed Adam followed-up to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the remodel. We now have a remodeled bathroom and porcelain tile throughout our main living area and we love, love, love it! We are planning for our master bathroom remodel next summer and cannot wait to have Dream Big Tile Co. back to do the job!

Adam and his crew were the utmost professionals. I think I was a pretty demanding person to work with but you'd never have guessed that by the way they patiently served all my requests. Adam kept in touch incredibly well by phone to keep us informed of each step of the process and his attention to detail was more than impressive. I would definitely use this company again.

They were able to start early and finished 3 days early! In addition they worked around another contractor working on the bathroom....I wish we would have hired them for the bathroom too! We did not realize that they could have done both and we had already accepted a bid from another company. Adam and his team were professional and came back to fix a glitch in the border with no problem. He worked with us to make sure the border fit what we wanted. Everyone who has walked in to see their work, comments on the layout of the tile and how much nicer the whole house looks. 7 years ago Adam installed the contrast tile on the floor and around the fireplace....we were so happy to hear that he had formed Dream big and was still doing his magic. We would highly recommend Dream Big!

The job involved tiling two outdoor BBQ-area counter tops with fired Mexican tile, incorporating decorated tile into the design. Chris did the work, showed up on time, communicated well throughout, did a very good looking job. He has a lot of experience (27 years) and can be trusted to do great work.

The job was fantastic! We are very pleased with how the counter top looks. Dream Big Tile was very responsive and punctual. Our job was pushed back by about a week but they were very straightforward and always called to update on the status for our job's start date. We plan to use Dream Big Tile for future jobs.

It went very well. He has a very good team of guys who came and clean the whole area before they started putting the tile. I was very clear on what I wanted and Adam did it very professionally.

Two years ago we had tile work done by a different company and we were quite unhappy with the company we used, so we spent some time trying to find a good tile company. This time we hired Adam Martinez (Dream Big Tile Company) and it was a totally different experience-- we can't say enough good things about them and the tile job they did for us. Adam and his two assistants laid about 900 sq. ft. of porcelain tile in three days. Their tile work was excellent--joint lines were straight and tight and the cuts along the baseboard were close and accurate. We are serious gardeners and they were very careful with thinset and grout cleanup and didn't leave any material from the project in the yard. The grout color we chose tends to show efflorescence--looks chalky and splotchy and Adam told us this might happen with this color grout. It did, and a week after the work was completed they came back and scrubbed down all the grout joints and now they look great. One of the many things we really appreciated about working with Adam was the way he communicated with us. He always responded quickly to emails and phone messages. He showed up at the site at the time he had given us and the project went smoothly from the beginning to the end. We have already asked him to do a small project at our house and later we want him to retile our bathroom. He does all the work himself whether it is a large or a small project, so you may have to wait a week or two time until he can schedule you in, but you'll be glad you choose to go with Adam's Dream Big Tile Company.

We selected tile from Sierra Tile and asked for a recommendation for the installation. and quot;Dream Bigand quot; was the first on the list of three recommendations given to me. I got 2 estimates, choosing the other company from Angie's List. (The other company would probably have been fine, but response was much slower.) Adam was quick to return my call, came out to the house within a day or two, did measurements, made an excellent and appreciated suggestion, and wrote out a proposal immediately. He was flexible about scheduling the work, said it would take about a week, and completed the job on time. Adam and Anthony were professional, polite, considerate, punctual, efficient, worked hard, cleaned things up nicely, and altogether did a great job.

Adam did a beautiful job on the kitchen and other projects. In one area we were short listello (tile that I had decided to order myself rather than going through him) and he was able to to make it stretch or hide the imperfection. Two things that I appreciated most about Adam were that he kept me well informed about when he would be at my home or if he was running late and that I felt I could trust him. Several times I left the house and had him complete his work and go out through the garage, and I had no hesitations about doing this with him. In addition to the excellent tile work, Adam is a nice guy with a good sense of humor so, although it is kind of stressful having people in and out of the house doing projects, he was pleasant to have around. I would definitely call him again if I had another tile project.

Adam was terrific. He was extemely responsive and professional. In a time when trying to get people to respond for an on site estimate was difficult, Adam responded immediately, helped with securing the material, gave us the timeframe for the job and performed the job exactly as planned. Adam went above and beyond when the materials were to be delayed in shipment from Phx to Tucson and would delay his promised install time, he sent his people to Phx to pick up the material at his expense. WOW, you don't see that service much any more. I would highly recommend him and his pricing was great too.

Perfectly!!!! The owner, Adam Maratinez was very creative in adding his ideas AFTER listening to what I had in mind. He began the project as scheduled and within my budget and agreed contract price. Protecting my carpeting in the traffic areas of the bathrooms before the demo began. He also let me know when he was 10 minutes from the house each day. He and his assistant were very professional and kind. They were also great about cleaning up each day before they left. Adam removed all the old material from the bathrooms and put in a new tub and a new shower with fixtures. His talent and creativity in the tile design was exactly what I wanted. My family and guest are still in AWE of how nice and elegant the bathrooms look.
