Cleaned & sealed grout & tile

Wayne and Jean arrived early (but had called first to let me know) and got right to work. Very pleasant, professional and thorough. I have used Carpet Police many times and am always very happy with them.

We also asked them to clean a couple of area rugs and Scotchguard all, which accounted for the extra fees. |They showed up on time, as promised, were very polite and professional.

They cleaned 2 large area rugs, 1 runner, and 2 small rugs. Also, cleaned wall to wall carpeting in 3 bedrooms, den and living room. They were a bit late arriving but did a very nice job.

The technicians were polite and professional. The carpet was spotless when they finished as were the sofas. I have used their services in the past including tile and grout cleaning. I was stunned at how beautiful the formerly almost black grout was restored to the original coffee with cream color.

Showed up on time, nice people, amazingly fast job, great results. These people are incredibly efficient.

Arrived on time, neat, courteous and efficient. Used protective devices to prevent warring walls and baseboard.

When I contacted the company, they were very professional, polite, and explained their services in detail. The two employees arrived on time and completed the task in excellent time. All the dark spots/stains came out of the carpet and the carpet looked fantastic. They were polite, honest, and professional and the price was fair...I fee like I got a great deal; they even left a sample of carpet cleaner with me. I will definitely call them again for future service. Thanks!

Called to see if they could come early. Both techs were very pleasant and professional.

Came in wearing protective shoe coverings, which we appreciated. Cleaned carpets efficiently. Well manner, dressed professionally for this type of work. Only problem came when he finished he wasn't sure if the service had been prepaid of not. It had, but his office did not provide him with that info. Otherwise all was without complaint.

The cleaners called prior to arriving on time. They went right to work. Very professional but also friendly. They offered advice and left us a free bottle of spot cleaner. They also gave us discounts for the next time.

See above. I appreciated their questioning me about a 5x7 fairly inexpensive rug that had been used for a show. It was really dirty and perhaps not really worth it - but there is a memory attached to it (???). Be clear about what stains will and will not come out. I did not focus on that but most did come out.

The carpets are all the same light color. The main thing accomplished was that they were VERY wet! It took two days for them to dry and they were still streaky and the spots showed. They were not very dirty but I like to have them cleaned on a regular basis for maintenance. They were also slow in responding to my request for service. I'll not use them again!

Results were very good and we would use them again.

I find that most carpet places are pretty much the same, they do a good job and they leave. The prices vary but not too much and I believe that "Carpet Police" didn't charge for spot pre treating which was nice. On another plus side they use a nice clean smelling detergent. The only issue I have, and I have this with ALL carpet companies is the carpet needs lots more time than they tell you to dry. So, don't have your carpet cleaned in the morning and think you can have a party that evening. I think it's more like the next evening depending on the time of year you have your carpets cleaned and also, any added elements like fans, air conditioning etc.

I have a rental house and the tenants had just moved out with numerous stains in the carpet and a completely foul urine smell from the dog that peed throughout the house. The grout in my tile floors was also black. Carpet Police was highly recommended from a neighbor who had just gone through the same situation. I called them and they had a very quick response in returning my initial call and came out the very next day. The two guys that came out were prompt and even gave me a courtesy call a few min before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. They were very nice, professional and knowledgable. They initially were going to clean the grout that day, but after talking with the guys decided to wait untiI after the painter in case he splashed any paint on the tile so they could clean that up as well. I was their last stop and it was at the end of the day, I asked them if they could clean the grout in my house next door and they didn't hesitate. My grout looks beautiful and like new. I also had them seal it while they were here. I decided to replace the carpet instead of trying to clean it because it was so foul smelling from the previous tenants dog. I had picked out my carpet sample from a local store and was set on that exact carpet because I had already matched the paint that was going in to the carpet swatch. They went out the next day on a carpet hunt and were able to find the same carpet at a slightly cheaper price. They set it up and all I had to do was call the vendor and pay for the carpet. I had them haul out the old carpet, they had to replace some soiled tack strips, they treated the floorboards, and sealed the concrete underneath to prevent any urine smell from coming back up and then installed the new carpet. They did a wonderful job. The carpet looks great and most importantly...the urine smell is completely gone. The black grout is now clean and looks new. I was on a pretty tight timeline with painters, cleaning, repairs and replacing carpet so I could get the new tenants to move in quickly and they were able to accommodate me without any hesitation. I even have a few days to spare. ;) Everyone I dealt with was so nice and professional, they made it one less thing to worry about. I will be using their services in the future and highly recommend them.

Three men arrived on time and checked the areas to be cleaned thoroughly. They were very careful and thorough and my carpet looked wonderful after they had finished.

Carpet Police LLC did a great job. There were some urine stains, which they did a fabulous job on. They only charged me $45.00 for that. And I had a lot of stains. They're very, very polite. There was two men coming. They did the job quickly and very well. They gave me an estimate on doing some tile cleaning, so I will probably be going with them for that, also, to do that.

It went really well. I was pleased with the results! One of them was a really large room. I thought it was more of the media room but they went ahead and just included that as one room. Typically a carpet cleaner might break that up into two rooms but I was pleased that they didn't. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. There was a problem with them coming out to do the work because I think there was a disconnect between when I ordered it on Angie's list and when I was contacted. I had to actually reach out. I just recalled a message like 3 or 4 days after I purchased it and so the owner or the manager didn't realize that he needed to reach out to me. So there was a delay after I purchased it. It took 3 or 4 days for him to get back to me and then after he reached out to me they came out the next day. They were very professional. I liked how they put stoppers around the walls so that their equipment wouldn't have any damage or ruin the paint. I really appreciate that. The two gentlemen were very professional and very quick. The cleaning turned out to be great! They could just be sure that they are kind of inline with Angie's list responsiveness and just make sure the turn around is quicker. I don't know if he didn't know how the process worked or what but just make sure the responsiveness is quicker, at least to schedule an appointment. If the appointment is next week that's fine. Just follow-up within 24 or 48 hours would be appreciated.

They did a good job. We had one issue but the owner was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. We plan to use them again in the future.
