They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and cooperative. Excellent all around.

Have used them twice since my last review last May. Don't have enough superlatives. The carpet looks fabulous, which may be the most important, but also important is that they are prompt and always call me (In advance) if the time is going to be a little off. They work fast and the teams (I've seen three teams) like each other which is so important when you have people in your house. They are flexible, reasonable and fast. They treat my barky little dog like family.

Workers were pleasant and helpful setting and were done in 1 1/2 hours. Everything in place and all stains gone.

Arrived early (after a call to okay timing) measured rooms, placed corner guards and moved on blocked furniture as needed. finished in good time. were very friendly and efficient.

We were very pleased with their quick response and careful and thorough cleaning.

We were moving into a previously owned home and needed to have the bedroom carpets cleaned. I called for a quote and was quoted an amount over the phone for two hours work. We contracted with them. They showed up promptly, were efficient and it only took one hour. They did a great job and we were well pleased. Later looking at the receipt I noticed we were over charged the amount quoted. We did have Scotchguard applied and I was aware that would be extra but the base charge was higher. I am not sure why that was. It was not a lot more but when on a budget it makes a difference. I would recommend this company anyway. They did a good job.

They were 15 mins late but called to let me know. When they came they went to work - also explaining cost & work.

They did an excellent job. The carpets looked great.

Excellent service. The team was very service oriented and friendly. The job was done well. The only issue was with the timeliness of the service. It was scheduled for 12:00 noon. The team called at 12:00 saying they were running late and would be there at 12:45. At 1:15 they called to say they were just leaving their last service, which was 45 minutes across town. So they finally arrived at 2:30. The team that arrived did explain that they were called in, when the initial team got caught up on a longer job.

That's what carpet cleaners do--in general. The folks do it better than anybody else.

Called - then came early as okayed - could not have been better in anyway!! Have recommended to two families - both are having it done.

This time, we asked them to do only Living Room/Family Room/Master Bedroom. |We plan to re-do our entire house in February, so merely needed the carpet to be presentable pending it's elimination. However, we recommend Carpet Police totally. We've had them do our house for 4-5 years, and they have always been exceptional. Always terrific personnel, very prompt arrival times, and a great finished product. We will talk to anyone who would want our recommendation.

It turned out great, tile never look so good. They also cleaned out our dryer vent and am I glad they did.

Heavy traffic and light carpet so in one room it was not possible to get carpet back to original color. Team went over it repeatedly and gave suggestions on how to keep it from getting so dirty, along with samples of spot remover. Great guys and I would definitely use them again.

The original schedule was for the crew to arrive at 8:30 on Wednesday the 18 th. Wayne called the night before and confirmed the address and the scheduled time. On the 18 th Wayne called back to advise that the schedule would have to slip about an hour and asked if that was OK. We agreed as it was no problem for me and they arrived shortly after the agreed-upon time. As they prepared to start work the truck starter would not engage and a repair was necessary. A mechanic was called in and he fixed the truck rather quickly. Once the work started, Wayne and Juan were through the job quickly and the carpet looks great again. Everything was placed back where it belonged and all I had to do was enjoy the look and feel of the clean carpet again and there are no heavy cleaning smells associated with their process. Overall, although the schedule took a couple hits, they kept me informed at all times and rectified the situation quickly. I will use them again when it comes time and I would recommend that you do also. The 15% discount with Angie's List is icing on the cake!

What was an embarrassing situation for us, they handled with expertise and professionally. I can't praise them enough for how well they handled the situation and did an excellent job.

What a great experience!! I bought the deal online and was contacted by the company via email first. Then I called to set up the actual appointment. The gentleman on the phone was very complete with instructions and how they perform their jobs. The day of the appointment, I was called that they were running late and that was excellent! I could plan my day a bit better. He gave me lots of notice of this as well. Thomas and Juan came and did a wonderful job. They were comprehensive in their explanations. Gave me the booties and spot cleaner and was told to call anytime for touch ups and more free spot remover. I am very pleased with their service!
