They were GREAT. I called and Garrett the owners Son stopped over that day and provided an estimate. We set the date however I had to postpone the work until the 28th. They showed up on time and did an excellent Job. Their staff is professional and considerate. I called back for some additional work and again we got a rapid response. We really appreciate the manner that the Carpet Police respond to requests and especially providing us with a Qualified and Considerate Staff. The Carpet Police is the Company for us and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. GREAT JOB CARPET POLICE !!!!!!!!!!!!

The main reason that we wanted out carpets cleaned was because we were buying a home where the previous owners had had cats, which I am allergic to. Carpet Police was extremely accommodating and timely in scheduling a time to come out to clean the carpets (next day after I purchased their Angie's Deal). We had not moved into the house yet, so I was able to leave the house open for them to come in and clean (I was not there). They did a great job! However, I realized afterwards that I had never mentioned that I wanted the closet that connects to the bathroom and master bedroom cleaned (in case cat dander was present). They came back the next day at no extra charge to clean it as well. Very impressive service!

They called to let me know their arrival time, which was on-time. Their truck mounted equipment was first class, a lot better than equipment contained in vans. Carpets were vacuumed before shampooing, which other companies typically do not provide. After shampooing, carpets were raked to provide a uniform appearance. Tile was squeaky clean after cleaning! The only problem were two tile areas that were overly shiny and sticky, maybe from left over cleaner solution. But, the clean-up of those two areas was simple with a vinegar based cleaning solution. I will definitely use Carpet police again in the future.

They come in and lay down protectors on corners and wood laminate flooring, then start the carpet cleaning. They treat soiled areas before start the final procedure. All in a very professional manner.

Arrived on time, worked quickly with a crew of three. They use truck mounted equipment. They were courteous and neat, and did not try to upsell anything. Carpet was not too wet, and was dry six hours later. Carpet and rugs look great.

All went well. They called to let me know they would be a little late. They were only a few minutes late. No problem for me. They were professional and did a good job with no wasted time, very efficient.

Alfonso and Danny called ahead to report that they would be 30 minutes later than appt. They arrived (in uniform) and reviewed the work to be done. Explained the process they would use on both carpet and tile. Recommended a non-acid wash on tile due to color in the grout. They were thorough; professional; personable; and above all did a terrific job. There were protectors on all the corners of the walls. They also shampooed carpet in "hard to access areas" where other companies wouldn't bother. We couldn't be more pleased! The tile looks like new. Our carpet is older and looks 100% better than it did, but has areas that will continue to mat down. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a truly professional job of floor cleaning. A plus was we had two phone calls the next day to verify that everything went well and we were happy with the work!

They were excellent and we were very pleased. We thought that we were going to get charged for five rooms because one room was kind of big, but they actually charged us for four, so we would definitely use them again. They were professional and did a good job.

Mike Techn ran late from an earlier job, so he called in good time to reschedule and hour later. We were okay with that. Our carpets had heavy dog urine on them and they are old carpets so neither we nor the technician believed we could get them cleaned....

The crew arrived early and went to work immediately. While they did offer to move furniture, they did not move large chair and other items blocking their path. They simply cleaned around them. They seemed to want to get the job done as quickly as possible. However, the carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction.

Due to the holiday and personnel not showing for work, they were two hours late, but did a good job. I have used them for nine years.

They did an great job! We bought the house and the previous owners had cats (I am allergic). Carpets looked and smelled very clean. They also returned to do the master closet because I was concerned about the cat hair in that space. They were very nice and helpful. Great experience!

I called on Monday to make an appointment and I was able to get one for the next day. I picked the 2:00 time frame and shortly before the appointment time they called to say they were finishing up a job and could be here in 10-15 minutes which would be 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment which was good with us. They were very professional and polite and they did a very good job on our carpet. We have three dogs so the carpet REALLY needed help. When they were finished it looked great! Their gave us a discount that was better than Angie's List coupon so the price was very reasonable.

They showed up at the scheduled time. I found them very personable and professional. They were very careful while working in our home, even covering the corners of the walls so their hoses wouldn't leave marks.
