A member of my family had a medical emergency that left blood and fecal matter on the white rug in our guest room at approximately 4:30 am this morning. When I returned from the hospital at 10:30 am this morning I got on Angie's List to find a carpet cleaner that could respond today to clean the carpet. David at the Carpet Police was very responsive. When I explained the situation he quoted a price that was very reasonable considering that when he does a job that involves cleaning blood he must sterilize his equipment prior to providing service to the next customer. I wondered about adding one additional room that needed cleaning since they were coming - to which he responded that it would save me money and he added a modest amount to cover that room. His crew was here at 1:30 pm, just three hours after my call, and done within an hour. I am very grateful for the professional and speedy response to my call. A medical emergency is very stressful. Carpet Police took away one of those stressors.

Everything was excellent. They are quick to schedule and have a lot of availability in their schedule. They are timely and arrive to appointments on time.

The same day that I purchased the $138 3 room Deal, David sent a message with immediate availability. We scheduled within the same week of the purchase as our house is on the market. Alfonzo and his team showed up a bit late on the day of the scheduled service. I had called the office and was told that they were down a truck that day. While I would have appreciated a phone call, I understand that life happens and gets crazy. The guys showed up and finished in less than an hour. The carpets look amazing! The guys were friendly, professional, and efficient! I'd use the Carpet Police again and would recommend them to friends looking for carpet cleaners.

Service was performed on a home we were moving into. I had previously scheduled for the carpet to be cleaned. After the service men had arrived I asked if they could steam clean my tile. For an additional cost, they cleaned the entire house, tile and carpet, in just a few hours. What a relief, and they did a super job.

The ad stated that furniture would be moved except electronics and beds. Very little was moved. Even the floor lamps were not moved to clean under them. There was an area next to the front living room windows that was not vaccumed nor cleaned and this area was easily accessible. We received a 37 cent discount by being a member of Angie's list!! The areas they cleaned were done well; I was disappointed that almost nothing was moved.

The service went very well. The individual that came out was very knowledgeable and she did a good job.

They were prompt ,respectful and did not daudle. The carpet was old and had some pet stains as well as. Stains from guests food and juice and soda. most of stains came out.it was a good experience.

I have had them do work for us on a couple of occasions. They are very good about communicating, they were pretty prompt, and on time, and they were real professional, and they made sure not mess up the walls and paint, they used corner protectors and shoe guards the whole time. Mike and Jorge were prompt, pleasant and professional. My carpet – twenty years old – looks nearly new. Carpet Police always do great work.

I thought this carpet would need to be replaced. Once cleaned-it was spotless, looked brand new. I was shocked at what they were able to do. I would highly recommend Carpet Police. They have cleaned other rental properties for us-but this was the worst I have seen.

The home was being prepared for sale. Agent suggested a cleaning instead of replacement. Tech did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet.

These guys are great! They called 90 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were running a bit behind. That was plenty of notice for me to get some other things done and I appreciated them letting me know early. They did a thorough job and I am totally satisfied.

Technicians arrived on time and were professional, courteous and VERY friendly. They made sure that they had left "booties" for everyone that may walk on the carpet before and after the cleaning They were able to pull up stains that I did not not think would come out. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue using them. I have referred all my family and friends to use Carpet Police!

I have used them and I recently bought a certificate for my mom. I was very satisfied. They were prompt and they did a good job. When I did have one small problem, they came back and fixed it. I would hire them again.

Thanks to an unexpected change in food, our poor dog had a horrible accident (or several accidents) on our brand new carpet while we were away on Thanksgiving day. We cleaned up the best we could, but knew we needed a professional. Carpet Police got back to us first thing Friday morning (Black Friday). They were out within a matter of hours and our bedroom smelt fresh and clean again by the end of the day. They left us some spot stain remover and plastic booties to cover our feet should we need to go in the room while the carpet finished drying. They also told us to call them if any of the stains resurfaced so they could come back and re-treat.
