VERY SMOOTH, JOB DONE WHEN STATED AND SYSTEM WORKS GREAT

Good repair, took the vehicle in before closing. They could not get to it until the next day, Friday. After finding problem, had to order part, did not get vehicle until Monday.

Dropped the car off at 8am and was ready by 11:30am! Considering the truck is 16 years old and has the original A/C system, they simply informed us of that and did not try to sell us anything. No hidden costs. Would definitely recommend them.

I was impressed that they got to me so quickly since I could tell they were really busy (which is a good sign) and they are very fair with pricing. Another place (a dealership) wanted to take 4 times as long and charge more for the diagnostic than AZ Auto Refrigeration charged for the entire service! So glad I went here instead and grateful for the time and money saved.

It went very well. I called on Friday morning to see if I could get in later that day or the next morning. As I was going to wait, they were able to schedule me that afternoon at 3. When I arrived at the very clean office, I was greeted promptly and, after completing the requisite paperwork, was told that it would be 60-90 minutes once my vehicle was in the shop. The comfortable chairs were a pleasant change. The service was completed just after 4. Service plus materials (1.4 pounds of refrigerant, oil, and dye in case of future leaks - a good precaution) and tax came to just over $89. A deal for rockin' cold AC! A great experience.

Excellent quality of service, but the receptionist was a bit snooty when I used imprecise terminology on the phone. I don't want an education, just want my AC fixed. And they're very good at doing that, at reasonable rates.

The owner explained what he thought the problem was after I described it to him; and he was 100% correct. Estimates were excellent. Highly recommend their sevices.

I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of this provider.  My car AC was starting to blow out hot air and I had just had it recharged in March of this year at another provider.   I called at 3:30 pm  and they told me to come on by and they would check it out.  By 430 pm they had charged the AC and gave me a written estimate on what need to be done in the future.  5 stars for their service.

I have an exotic car (Lotus Esprit) and it is difficult to find people who know what they are doing and that I can trust... They are knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonable... I highly recommend them to others.

They looked at it and they gave us a couple of options on how to fix the problem. They said one option would be getting it fixed right and it would be this much money or they can do a more temporary fix but they don’t know how long it would hold but it was cheaper. We chose the cheaper fix because it’s an old truck and it held really well so far but they gave us options instead of saying that it would cost $600 and there’s nothing else they can do. The office is the cleanest automotive office I’ve ever been in.

We selected this company from a number that were on Angies list, many of which had superior ratings. They were very courteous in customer relations, extremely responsive in keeping us appraised via phone of results of trouble shooting system, met the timeline for completing the work. Fortunately for us, the main problem turned out to be electrical in nature (i.e. low cost solution). Their initial trouble shooting identified source problem as a relay for the blower motor and it was replaced. After one day of post-repair operation had the same problem (no or only low speed fan operation which of course in Tucson = not much cooling going on!). Brought it back and further trouble shooting uncovered bad blower motor. They replaced it and only charged us for the new motor. This approach should indicate to other potential customers of their professionalism. Only reason we gave them a "B" on quality is we had to bring vehicle back for this additional trouble shooting process. We trust this company and will bring future business to them. Think you can trust them as well. While it was very nice of them to only charge us for the new motor vice labor also, my wife and I believe it is appropriate to pay something so have dropped off a check to cover at least some of the additional labor. We would not do that if we did not have an overall positive experience.

I have used them over a period of several years. They're friendly and helpfull. They gave me a ride home once, saving me the  cost of a cab. Their workmanship is very good. It's easy to get an appointment. On a previously owned vehicle another shop here in town wanted $1400 for repairs. Arizona Auto Refrigeratioin did the job for $591.50.

I felt they were ethical and with all but one bay full they still quickly took care of me. Office was clean and they were quite busy and dealt with all the customers quickly and efficiently. No negative

Refilled with freon, put in dye to see if a leak present. I returned a couple of weeks later & they confirmed no sign of a leak. I was very satisfied with their entire process and service. I don't recall exact date or price ... they are approximate.

It was very nice to meet hardworking and honest auto repair professionals, and I will bring my other cars to Arizona Auto Refrigeration soon.

Professional service.  Prompt  with transportation to my home.  Price was better than others by a little.

Everything went well. They are fair priced, professional and prompt.
