I like them then and I like them now. They did a good job I didn't see them goofing off they always doing individual jobs and they were doing it they were actually working.

when i scheduled the service, i was told that a Jackie - the maintenance supervisor - would be calling me to confirm what i wanted done - this never did occur. there was a 2 man crew that showed up, i only was introduced to one of the workers, his name was Chris, and both he and his partner did a most awesome job, i have to say my yard looks even better than when i moved in 4.5 years ago! thanx All Terrain Landscape!

This is the third time I've used them, they always do a good job.

We were very pleased with the design that they created for us. We worked with them on a few minor changes to better fit our needs and then we scheduled the start of the project a couple months later. The work went very smoothly and the crews were easy to work with and did a very nice job. After the work was complete we had them return to tweak a few things after we had a couple of rain storms and we are very satisfied with the completed job. Our thanks to David, Rich and the work crews.

Chris and his team arrived exactly on time and were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. They dug up many old plants and planted new ground cover. Planted a fruit tree and took a large shrub out of a big pot and planted in ground. They cleaned up the alley. They worked fast and competently. This was an Angie's deal. When I have more landscaping work, I will hire this company.

Fantastic! Our crew gave us great attention to detail and made fast work of the project! I was able to describe what we wanted, prioritize the work with their available time, and get better work than I bargained for as they used the leaf blower to clean my patios in the front too! I appreciated the whole crew and the results make it a joy to hang out in my hammock soaking up my lovely backyard.

Great, workers were courteous and helpful with suggestions did wonderful job. The only cloud I have experienced is that the owner doesn't respond to questions and concerns I might have within reasonable time. At present time I have concerns about two trees and am waiting to hear back from him.

All Terrain is an incredibly well run and professional landscape company who truly puts the customer first. If there is any problem, they are quick to respond and resolve the problem as soon as is practicable under the existing conditions. Their pricing is very competitive and they always will provide an estimate if one is requested. Our HOA has truly been pleased with All Terrain as it is one of the few landscape companies that will discuss how extra work may be able to be accomplished within the regular monthly maintenance charge over a period of time if time is not of the essence. The work is always done as requested. All Terrain is an excellent landscaping company.

I was a little disappointed that the description of services when purchasing didn't not tell you they didn't work on Saturdays I had already purchased the service so I had no choice but to schedule the service during the week when I would NOT be there. They scheduled the manager to come by my house for a Monday to assess what I needed done, and scheduled a crew to come do the work for that next day Monday comes around and I get a call from the Manager saying he couldn't make it but he did take down all of the information regarding what I needed done. In all fairness he did say he had been out due to an injury and when he returned his vehicle had broken down which was why he could not come out that morning. He texted me several times after we spoke to confirm a few things and indicated he had more than enough information to get the job done and I felt then I was in good hands even though we hadn't been able to meet in person The crew was supposed to arrive at 6:30 so I could make sure someone knew what was going to need taken care of, they didn't arrive until 6:55 With the exception of my being late for work because they didn't get to my house when they said they would, the service performed was as I had asked They cleaned up and removed all of the debris, the head crew member was extremely polite and apologetic for being late and they hopped out of that truck and were having at it within 3 minutes of arriving! Overall I am very pleased with the work I received, the price was VERY fair and while I am not keen on having them there doing the work when I am not home, they did such a good job and at a very fair price that I will probably hire them for other jobs.

They did a good job! They ran out of time, would have used another hour. I was bummed but the guy who came out was a perfectionist and our yard looks fantastic.

From a coupon on Angie's List I purchased for $225, eight hours for one man, four for two. Showed up late. Office called, confusion about how many hours were actually booked; it was from a coupon! Company seems very confused. Work was done, but nearing the end of the time, I asked how much longer and did I need to pay anything extra. Took about half and hour for them to determine how much extra work, and then manager told me it was $60. Coupon on Angie's List said $36 per hour. I told manager and he said, "well, we usually charge $36, but it's more with Angie's List." Because of their late arrival, I had to go to work before they finished. When I got home, it turns out they didn't do some of the work promised, i.e., spraying with pesticide. Overall, a rather negative experience, felt like a scam with the extra time. Interestingly, I called Angie's List about this. They said they'd investigate and I'd hear back in no more than 24 hours. I didn't.

This was a $168 big deal purchase. It actually went pretty well. The first time they came through I used that Angie's List coupon, of course. They only had the two hours to devote to it, but they worked like gangbusters. There were still some things they couldn't get to within the two hours. There was a lot of work but I was able to schedule them again and they were able to come by and do some more work. Unfortunately I was not there to clarify some of the things that needed to get done so they came back and trimmed that out without issue. I think they came out within a couple of weeks of the coupon. I would have to say their price was not unreasonable. I had the ability to pay it and I wasn't shocked for the amount of work that was done at what they were charging. There are a few things I wish they had done differently or better but I think they did a pretty good job. I was happy with their service. I wasn't actually there when they performed the service so I don't know how punctual they were. They did have to reschedule at one point. I think they were really professional.

They trimmed bushes and trees that were overgrowing around the roof and outside portion of the wall. They painted several places on the outside wall which had been damaged by the removal of the hot tub by the previous owners and cracks in other areas of the wall. They hauled away at least three years of mulch which had accumulated in this area to a depth of several inches. They created a channel for rainwater to run off more appropriately. They subcontracted to a company to install rain gutters from the scuppers which were completely useless during a rainstorm. Two of the scuppers actually poured out the rain onto the two outdoor air conditioning systems. All Terrain dug basins and installed river rock to handle the rain emanating from the newly-installed gutters. Such a great system now!! They repositioned the gravel throughout the back and front yards. Walking on the gravel from the back of the house to the side yard was difficult; they created a DG sidewalk from the patio to the side gate. They removed the large broom weeds from outside the back wall and also all the debris to create a 10 ft set back/fire break. We can actually see the mountains better since that was all removed. They cleaned up and reorganized the river rock swales and out-croppings. They trimmed the mesquite trees in the side yard and removed more mulch from that area. The workers were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Excellent crews for all the work. They have now begun monthly maintenance, continuing to keep the yards neat and clean of debris. They spray the broom weeds and other weeds that continue to grow. They keep our yards looking well-maintained and cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave and All Terrain to any and all who are looking for great landscape service! They're the BEST!

My husband and I have tried multiple landscapers who could never finish the job in a timely manner. These guys were great. They showed up exactly at 8:30 when they said they would. The three of them worked the paid for 2 hours and the yard looked great! Definitely will use them again!

Josh was project manager extraordinaire. Estimates were timely and personal. During the project he was always quick to give a smile and a "we can do that" yet keeping the final price close to the estimate. Never felt so good with a contractor. Evy was an amazing craftsman with the flagstone and kiva building as well as the tricky step configuration. There's no question I will use them again!

All Terrain Creative Landscaping had finished a large project for us the week prior, updating the lighting and replacing all the drip irrigation lines, clearing out over-planted areas, trimming trees, getting rid of debris from plants and trees, taking out painted cement in the entry and replacing it with flagstone. They also got rid of old, broken pavers and planted three citrus trees in container pots. This job took a couple of months as they did both the back and front yards as well as the area beyond the wall which is also our property. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of that project. This particular maintenance is the beginning of monthly maintenance to be provided by All Terrain Creative Landscaping. I am overjoyed to recommend them for any outdoor project you may have. They are so pleasant, polite and courteous to work with.

John, Mark, and Juan are the best landscapers I've ever had the pleasure to employ! I will definitely keep this company as my go-to for all future landscaping efforts! I can only say that sadly despite the assurances of the owner, David, our experience was not a good one. To start with the positives, they did a good job installing the drip irrigation update and the lighting system; the problems were in two areas, reliability of their estimator and failure to do an estimate in a timely fashion. The estimator, Tom Tuloss, reviewed our project in October of 2014. He promised the job would be completed by the end of February and quoted several prices which seemed in line with our budget. When I called in January to see when they would be arriving (I had a plan designed by Joe Prchal, at his recommendation), he said, he promised a specific date at the end of February. When I called again to confirm the date in late February, Tom confessed that he had forgotten to schedule the work. At that point, I called the owner and he reassured me the work would be done on time on April 6. We had a family wedding scheduled for May 2. This was going to cut it close but David convinced us to trust him. David did a proper estimate, which had never been done and while we were surprised by the difference between Tom's ballpark and the estimate, we decided to go ahead anyway on the strength of the positive reviews on Angie's List. The work was done beginning on April 7 and completed in about two weeks. Many plants have died since that time since Tom (I am told) apparently forgot to come out and check on the irrigation several times during the three months we were assured by David that they monitor the irrigation. We had a mixed experience with this company but I would not recommend them because of their estimator's lack of organizational skills and reliability.

Thery showed up on time after a little confusion on the day they were to be there. They did all of the weeds in the lot, 1.68 acres. I bought 6 hours of time which I came to find out meant 3 guys for 2 hours. They finished on time and cleaned up great. I will definitely use these guys again and again.

They did not have any power tools with them, they had forgotten the tools. They cut the tree right in the front yard, close to the street, about four feet from the ground. The stump was left, they said they would come back and remove it. They've never come back. The next thing is I was going to use them to help me clean up the lot. It's an acre lot that has a lot of trees and plants on it. In the fine print of the deal they put in that nothing over 8 feet of tree trimming. This is deceptive. They walked the lot with me and then conveniently put in the small print that the estimate doesn't include anything over 8 feet. I don't want
