Description of Work: Fixed a leak in the AC system that let rain in through the return duct into the hallway. Effective. |Then, due to excessive noise from the compressor, put some kind of pads under the supports (an on the roof system). Not helpfulI. I was encouraged to purchase a deal which would give 2 seasonal checkups, but I later canceled that as alternatives were much less expensive.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with our experience, and our new equipment! My husband worked with John to consider our options, and they did a great job of picking the best unit for us. I was here during the removal and installation, and the team was on time, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and were kind besides. The whole experience was very positive. I don't like having to pay for a new air conditioner, but I'm glad to give my business to Wolfgang's since I had to pay somebody. They were definately worth it. After 2 years, I am still very pleased with Wolfgang's. The unit they installed is sitll performing very well. We have had Wolfgang's back for service and maintenance on that and another unit, and they have been excellent to work with.
Description of Work: John came out and gave us excellent information on our options, and provided us with a detailed and accurate estimate. The next week, Bill, Donovan & Jerry removed my ancient air conditioning unit, and installed a new 18 SEER Trane unit for me. They did some modification work in the outside closet that housed part of the unit, since the new unit was a bit smaller.

+ -1 moreThey did a really great job with the installation and the unit is working perfectly. They didnt miss a beat and they did everything they said they were going to do. It didnt take the installers long at all to complete the installation.
Description of Work: I had them install a 2 1/2 ton central air conditioning unit in my home. They also re-did the duct work in my home.

+ -1 moreI don't know if they did it on purpose but I felt it was a bait and switch operation. It has been a long time and they have not followed up with me at all. They usually do high end stuff and normally they follow up. I am not sure what happened. They have not agonized any of my letters. They also put in a different unit into my home which was not the one that I wanted.
Description of Work: They installed a whole a/c unit in my 1600 square foot home.
