Description of Work: I do not remember using their service, but it is possible. One service company repair killed time on my roof drawing a picture on the wall and telling me I needed $480 worth of repairs!! | | I am only using Lincoln Mechanical now as a trusted service provider. The worst was Hardin who screwed me for $800 repairs on warranty parts for which they got reimbursed. Took me 2 years to find that error. As a single woman from the NW and not familiar with AC issues, it has been a nightmare of expenses. | |I personally think these companies really scam their customers. I also have experienced Angie's List providers use their "specials" to get a foot in the door to find some other expensive item to fix. Very disappointed with recommendations and that is why I dropped your annual service/fee. Better to rely on friends & neighbors recommendation of actual work performed. Sorry, but you need the feedback.

Member, I found it.. we were there 12/4/2009 We found that the breaker had tripped. We reset the breaker and advised that if it happens again, you might want to change the breaker - we offered no other products or services. Description of Work: Installed new heat pump air conditioning and air handling system. It went according to plan. They were on time and completed the job in one day. Everything worked well after the install. They were also very helpful with directions to take advantage of all tax and energy efficiency rebates.

Description of Work: Scottsdale Heating and Air was the service used to replace our AC and install new ductwork during a home renovation about 6 years ago. Since then, we have used them exclusively for all AC/heating maintenance and repairs. Office staff is always professional, friendly, and courteous, and service technicians are the same.
