Response from Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling
[member name removed], Thank-You for posting up your review - I hope you will accept my apology for wasting your time waiting for a service technician, just to find out that he could not get on your roof to service your system. The largest ladder we carry is a 28' extension ladder, your property requires at least a 32' extension ladder to access the roof safely. (I visited the property today to verify myself) Your review has sparked a new process for our dispatchers to determining weather or not we will be prepared to access the roof with the equipment we normally carry or our service trucks. We will ask if the building is more then 2- stories or taller then 28' – If we can't be sure we can access the roof we will offer to go look (free of charge) making sure all parties know it is a possibility that we will not be able to service the Air Conditioning system. 2- Story buildings are typically not a problem, but taller then that, without a roof hatch access, we won't be able to do the work, we feel it's just not safe to carry tools and equipment on a ladder taller then 28' I apologize for the poor service you received from Scottsdale Air, and I thank you again for bringing this deficiency to my attention.
