Description of Work: Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling initially replaced 2 AC units in my home. I was very pleased with both their service and the pricing for the units. I had obtained 3 competitive quotes, and their quote was the most competitive. 6 months later, our 3rd AC unit failed, and we decided to contact them again. They again provided a competitive price and we were very happy with their service the second time as well. The units that they installed in our home have been trouble free so far and we are also saving a significant amount on our power bills, as they had said we would with the new model units.

Description of Work: They were very responsive and the tech was knowledgeable and helpful. They performed and AC service and repair and the tech explained how to get the most from our unit.

Description of Work: I selected Scottsdale Air H&C to install a new Lennox A/C & Heating system. An agreement was signed and the equipment was installed and appears to be working perfectly. For this portion of the service Scottsdale Air should receive and A rating. However the problem arose from the Duct test and Repair portion of the agreement. I was convinced, that based on past experience, that my ducts were leaking and sealing the ducts would result in a rebate from SRP as well as a substantial reduction in my cost of utilities. Scottsdale Air did, in fact, perform the duct test and claim that they sealed the ducts. However, the test indicated that my ducts were already below their minimum requirement for sealing which, I was told, is 9cfm. My ducts tested at 6cfm.A certificate of completion was sent to me for submission to SRP. However, the forms contained numerous discrepancies which I brought to their attention. I was most impressed by the responses to their customers by Ann Pepper but unfortunately this was not the first instance of lack of follow up on customers phone calls. Sorry Ann but changes need to be implemented with Scottsdale Air.

Description of Work: We bought a house built in 1964 which was owned for the last 30 years by one owner, and last updated probably 15-20 years ago. | |They took out the old a/c, installed a new efficient a/c. Great salesman, Steve Voirin, gave us several choices with advantages and disadvantages of each with the appropriate times to access discounts from the mfgr. It was installed complete in one day, fully tested the next and appropriate follow-ups made. It's a terrific system. | |They were the best!

Description of Work: Scottsdale Air replaced both of our HVAC units with new high-efficiency AC and furnace equipment. Since replacing these more than one year ago, our house has been much more comfortable at a significant monthly cost savings in our electricity bills. We highly recommend Scottsdale Air and have used them again!

Description of Work: Scottsdale air installed a brand new two stage air conditioner in our home. They arrived on time and got the work completed in less time than was estimated. They even worked around my little man's nap schedule and spent some extra time in his room to help with the un even air flow (his room was always the coldest in the house). I will definitely use them again for any air conditioning work!

Description of Work: I have used this company twice. Both times a tech. came the same day I called. Very nice, did the job well, and no problems. They are coming back next week to finish, because they had to order a certain part for the air conditioner. Service was excellent, and even the receptionist was great.

Description of Work: FOUND LOOSE WIRE CONNECTION IN AIR CONDITIONER. CAME WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME AFTER BEING CALLED.
