Best and most reliable business I ve ever worked with. I highly recommend working with Holtzman Home Improvement.

I had Holtzman remodel my guest bathroom tub and shower two years ago. Today i called them because i had a problem with the sliding shower door. Holtzman said no problem and sent their glass guy with in two hours. Holtzman stands behind their work. The shower door was installed by a subcontractor but now Holtzman does everything in house. The problem was with the sub contractors installation but Holtzman said they stand behind their work and doesn't matter who is at fault, they will take care of the problem. The glass guy took the sliding shower door apart, reinstalled it the right way and made sure every thing was tight as it should be. It is true, Holtzman does stand behind their work no matter what. I'm planning on redoing my master bathroom this fall and Holtzman will be doing the work. Knowing that they stand behind their work and proving it by their actions was all i needed. Thank you Holtzman for doing a great job with the installation and now the warrantee repair. It's always refreshing to work with a company who says and does what they say.

Good project supervision and the workers are great, but make sure that you as a customer have a clear understanding of when work is to be done on a daily bases. Also make sure you have a deadline of completion of work written in the contract.

Danny, Brandon and his team were excellent to work with! From the design consultation, to the roughing phase, to completing the work, they were truly awesome to work with. I highly recommend Holtzman Home Improvement for all remodeling needs. They offer great prices, top quality product, and fast service.

All the workers work for Holtzman and were friendly and professional. The company was willing to replace an old fiberglass tub/shower in a guest bathroom and the old fiberglass shower in the master bathroom. Many others wanted to remodel the entire room(s) and weren't interested in doing less. I now have beautiful tiled showers. And if anything should go wrong, Holtzman had no subcontractors to blame.

Holtzman Home Improvement is a highly competent and professional company who remodeled my entire townhouse. It started with their great designers, Johnny and Grace, who patiently took my vision and made it come to life with HHI's remodeling computer program so I was able to see exactly what it would look like before any work began. They also helped me select products and finishes. They clearly understand and consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service. Brandon and Scott provided constant oversight and communicated project status to me on a regular basis.. The entire HHI crew - all employees of HHI - Tony, Bob, Hugo, Randy, Javier and several others were excellent with the work they did in their respective skill sets. They checked in with me frequently to ensure they were giving me exactly what I wanted and were always respectful of my time. A big remodeling project always has a few "hiccups" along the way, but they not only completely owned them, they solved them quickly. I highly recommend HHI as I am now enjoying a beautiful townhouse thanks to the HHI Team. Sandy C

They were, from the owner and the office staff to the sales and all of the people that were sent to do the work, excellent and did great work. They were all very pleasant, respectful, and helpful. We have submitted an earlier review that was very positive and now must submit an addendum. We required a callback to correct a problem that was our fault and not theirs. They kindly came back and did the correction without hesitation. Another example of their professionalism. I would highly recommend this firm.

The young man, Javier, who worked my job was very special. He did a great job, was very polite, and was very neat. He cleaned up after himself 100%. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The employee, Javirez was one of the most polite and hard working employees that I ever met. He had an attention to detail that I had not seen in a long time. I would highly recommend them.

So far very satisfied with this company. Love their attention to detail & i can see what the end result will be through their computer program. I am looking forward to the actual finished kitchen & master bath!

Really a great company to work with. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Super communication every step of the way. This was a great value project that improved the look of my bathrooms by 1,000 percent. They installed splash panels that are so beautiful!! I’ve already recommended to several coworkers and will use again for other projects.

They did a real nice job there people new what they were doing , scheduleing was a little off.

They were very professional, cleaned up the work site each day. Stayed in constant communication to keep me up to date throughout the process. They are reasonably priced too.

Their crews do very good work, but take forever. They want to put a lock box on the home so their crews can have free run of the house if you're not home. I had a issue with this especially with my inside dogs. They may have a crew there only for a hour then leave for the day, or 3 hrs and leave for the day. my small shower and counter top tile job took a month to complete. If you don't work or have a house sitter they do good work but if you don't mind people you don't know having access to your home when you're not around check them out.

I look to Home Advisors for referring companies that provide superior service. I hired Holtzman Home Improvement because of the high ratings within Home Advisor. I believe everyone would like to give great reviews and rave about a company that did well for them. Unfortunately my project with HHI didn't go so well as many of their other customers did. Between the unknown transition of supervisors from the pre walk and the start of project, a renegotiated game plan on day one that somehow didn't get communicated effectively back to the home office and its staff, and a poor tile crew that caused my family from not being able to move back into our house for several days in weeks one and two created a start to a very stressful 6 week project. HHI made effort to fix the issues and there is no doubt there are many good people that work there. However the expectation difference on how to get the project done between myself and the company were far apart. The reason for my 3 rating comes down to my opinion of the company's ability to communicate and project manage a project that is not going well. The rating is also based on how well I believed HHI understood the customer's issues and their response towards them. I hope HHI reflects on the many conversations I had with different staff members in regards to this project and finds ways to ensure their customers are satisfied when projects don't go to plan. Based on my project, it is unfortunate at this time that I cannot recommend HHI to my friends, coworkers or neighbors like many of their other customers were able to do.

Holtzman Home Improvement is a very professional family owned business from demo staff up to the owner. They have very friendly staff and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Holtzman home improvement remodeled our entire kitchen recently. We are so pleased with the AMAZING job they did. They gutted out the cabinets, countertops, lighting and old lighting fixtures. When they originally started the job they came with samples and blueprints and we didnt think what they imagined would even be possible.when they arrived to remove everything and gut it out, they were so clean that you couldn't see any mess or dust on the bare floors. They sent a drywall team in to fix all the holes from the old lighting fixtures and patch any imperfections in our very old walls. They then sent an electrician who re-wired everything and installed new modern can lighting all aligned the dining room and kitchen as well as hanging modern lights over the new island.then their plumbing arrived to connect all the water lines, rebuild the piping for behind our sink and installed the reverse osmosis. Then the guys came to build and install the beautiful espresso cabinets and beautiful granite countertops, new sink and under cabinet lighting. Last but not least they sent in the painter who went all out and painted the kitchen, dining room and blended everything into the rest of our house so it all matched. This kitchen remodel turned out exactly as they originally imagined and said it would and it actually took less time that we had planned for. Everyone we spoke with from Mrs. Judy H on the phone initially, Brandon h, Danny h, the salesmen,electrician, plumber, demolition team and the guys who installed and built everything were all so friendly and so kind. Everyone from this company we had the pleasure of speaking to and working with were all so friendly and showed such great workmanship. They were so clean and just so pleasant to see everyday in my home. I recommend them to everyone and I am excited to FINALLY host a family Holiday in my home to show off the great work! We will be calling them soon again for our bathroom to be renewed.
