We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. I had Holtzman remodel my kitchen a few years back and the job they did was outstanding. This time we were looking to completely remodel into a new master bathroom and we could not be happier. There were a few bumps along they way, but our PM Jarred was very communicative and I always knew where we stood for the whole project. We are eyeing a remodel of the spare bathroom now that the rest of the house looks so nice - when that time comes, we will surely reach out to Holtzman first.

We just finished our kitchen remodel with Holtzman and are very pleased with the results. Our house looks amazing, but more importantly is the quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Weâ re already planning to remodel two bathrooms with them next year.

We love Holtzmans!! This company is the best, from our salesperson to our designer and our superintendent. This was like no other project we had taken on, you always hear remodels are a nightmare. Not with Holtzmans. They helped with our plans, permits, HOA and made this process easy. They have a calendar that let us know who was coming in our home and when. We've used and referred Holtzman Home Improvement out to several clients and they've always done an amazing job. They are prompt and responsive, which is hard to find in a contractor. They do outstanding work and stand by it. Everyone of our clients that we've introduced them to hasn't been disappointed. We truly love the quality, workmanship and professionalism from Holtzman. They completely remodeled our master bathroom; gutted everything down to the studs and enlarged the shower, removed the tub and installed new cabinets 2 years ago. We decided to remodel our last 2 remaining bathrooms to modernize the house and so far it's turning out beautifully. The project supervisor is Jayrd and it has been a pleasure working with him and I'm sure the outcome will be beautifully done. Their workmen are TOP NOTCH. The work they did was amazing and professional. The problem came with the time they took to complete the project. Notice that we paid the final payment today Jun 1, 2023 but the project started in August of 2021! For two bathrooms. Even with the supply chain problems, this project should have taken maybe 9-10 months. At most. Our problem was a series of poor project managers. Once we got our current manager Richie, the project proceeded well. He was ON IT! Only way too late. Richie raised my star rating by one all by himself. Bottom line: If you want the project done really well and professionally, hire Holtzman. But if you want it done in a timely manner, you may want to look elsewhere.

The general contractor, moving company recommended, flooring installers, painter, and plumber were all absolutely amazing. They were professional, communicated every step of the way, on time, efficient, and their work is beautiful. I recommend each of them at the highest of level. Iâ ve never worked with a group of people that were so helpful and talented. All of the work was done when I was out of town and that was seamless.

Holtzman volunteer their labor and all parts to complete a magical bedroom re-do for a Make-A-Wish, the quality of their work is impeccable, and all of their employees were a joy to work with, and they were very excited to be a part of a wish, this is the second room they do for Make-A-Wish, THANK YOU for all of your support.

We hired Holtzman to redo our bathroom. Everyone was great from Lora at the design center to Ferguson for the products and Will our go-to guy who made sure everything was done correctly. We are very happy with how the bathroom turned out.

Great experience, showed up on time, spent lots of time assessing the situation and providing guidance. Very experienced with state codes and processes. Did a great jobs and cleaned up impeccably when they were finished. .

Holtzman has failed to deliver when it comes to the project timeline, its team*s professionalism and communication, and the quality of the work done so far, thanks to workers* carelessness and disregard for the detailed plans provided. At this point, we are currently three months past the initial estimated completion date and have little to no faith in the ability of this project to be completed properly and in a timely manner, which is extremely disappointing given the amount of time and money we have invested in it. It has been a nightmare.

Was hesitant to remodel in the pandemic and decided to call around. My first contact was with Judy and they setup a meeting with a sales person. I met with Paul and he immediately made my worries feel at ease. He made an amazing plan that was then made into reality by carline who designed my kitchen beyond anything I could have imagined! Then work began and even though there were supply chain issues they were diligent and delivered! And omg my final result is the kitchen. I have waiting for for many years! I will never eat out again! I will be recommending them to both my mom and sister because they are jealous now! Thanks so much Holtzman team!!

Do not use this company. The entire experience was exhausting. We were quoted 6-8 weeks and it took 25 weeks from the beginning of the demo. We signed in Feb 2022, and they did not start the demo until June 2022. We were remodeling a small downstairs bathroom, and they did not complete the project until the end of Nov 2022. The design person seemed nice. But she sold us on a piece of granite that we based our color scheme on that we then could not get. Found out later she was fired for incompetence. Their approach seemed to be bait and switch. The never-ending barrage of change orders driving up the price was ridiculous. They had to do the shower floor 3 times before getting it correct. If I had not caught the error they were going to use the wrong tile for the floor. The grout job was poor. The alignment of the tiles was horrible. The amount of wasted product that we paid for was insane. They left the threshold loose. They had to come back out. They could not hang a simple electrical cover. They put one screw in semi-tight. And the others were just in the plate, not secured to anything. We had to constantly beg for updates. We even reached out to Brandon one of the owners. During one exchange with him. I was told to leave the worker alone and mind my business. Which I interpreted as the owner telling me to sit down and shut up. One of the things that sold us on the company was they said all their people were W4 employees. Talking to the people that showed up at our home, is NOT the truth. Avoid this company. Save yourself endless delays and headaches.
