Great communication throughout process. The owners are very hands on and insure their workers do everything correct. They check the worksite quality multiple times a week and use a very convenient web application to track the schedule of your project which you have access to.

This contractor has extremely favorable pricing. The workmanship was fair, not excellent. To be fair, our tile design was intricate, so there was a bit of challenge. Additionally, we had change orders, which complicated things. Rick was awesome as designer. But here is where the challenges started. We loved the design, but the execution and installation was not handled well. The design was not translated well to installers and the worst part was notification and handling of the scheduled workers. Some days workers just showed up without instruction, causing confusion and frustration.

They are very poor contractor to work with never show up on time leave early no way of knowing what will be done or when and could care less about the customer the worst one is the owners son Brandon all he wants to do is argue and point fingers at you and the workers and tell you how right he is and how wrong you are

Chris at Holtzman Home Improvement did a wonderful job for us, and Judy kept us informed of when work would be done, and work is very professional. This being my first experience with tile installation, I would recommend to others to look at whole box of tile. The tile installed here is the one we selected but is much busier than sample we looked at in Enser Tile showroom. Would have liked to see busier tile in less conspicuous places. Also might not necessary to get bullnose as cannot really see upper edge anyway because of grout. Overall workmanship excellent though.

I�ve already recommended them. We found their designer to be really first class. He was extremely professional and knowlegdable. They have a lot of good guys working for them. We were not present 90% of the work and didn�t have any problems. They did a very good job in our absence and we probably would have gotten in their way if we were there.

They did an excellent job installing new stone tile to match my existing flooring. We had a problem matching the stone at first but they were able to find a decent match. My only complaint was that they forgot to include the underfloor padding into the cost of the estimate. I take responsibility for that because it was not in writing. I highly recommend Holtzman but get your estimate in writing so nothing is overlooked. The work was excellent.

The owners of the company respond promptly to every call and email. The work is scheduled and the job is completed as planned unless there is some minor tweaking to be finalized. The project designer is pleasant and excellent with what he does. He has a good eye for design and makes the project cost is not excessive. The project crew is professional, hardworking and pleasant to have in the home. We shopped around for months and are not only happy that we chose Holtzman Home Improvement but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Bravo! Beautiful shower!

Holtzman employees were skilled, courteous, always considerate. Owners were attentive, on top of the job, hands on knowledgeable of all aspects of the job...expediters. We shopped carefully among highly rated, name brand providers and chose Holtzman. Though the project took longer than first scheduled we are pleased with the outcome. It looks fabulous.

My bathroom looks wonderful!! All of your contractors did amazing work and have nothing but customer satisfaction in mind. Danny and Brandon provide hands on overview of the project the entire time.

I used Holtzmans to do the flooring throughout my home. I did alot of shopping around, I had capet and just wanted to get rid of it. All his staff were great, very friendly, clean, and listened to all my concerns. I have pets, they were very careful not to let any animals out of the house. I can not say enough about the entire staff. This is not to say that there was not glitches but nothing that was major and nothing that Brandon did not address. I even had them paint a few rooms and will for sure be using them in the future. My floors travertine and wood are absolutely beautiful.
