My experience with Holtzman Home Improvement LLC was deplorable. They installed wrong items (of lesser value than item selected) and their workmanship was so poor that almost everything they did for my bathroom remodel had to be redone. They also did not complete the job as described, or on time, as a matter of fact, 8 months late! And if you have problems and file a compliant with the AZ Registrar of Contractors it does not resolve anything; they rule in favor of the contractor, despite proof that the contractor was negligent and did unacceptable work! Stay clear of Holzman Home Improvement..

Dale, Bruce, Melanie, Brandon & Danny responded to our requests & accommodated our unexpected personal circumstances. This company does first class work. Very pleased with the entire bathroom remodel & new tile.

Holtzman's did a goodjob with our Masterbath remodel. We were very pleased on how it turned out! The employees were great to work with. The project calendar wasn't always accurate and up to date and the workers didn't always come on the scheduled days. All in all, we love our new bathroom!

I really love my tub-to-shower conversion! The employees Holtzman sent me were knowledgable and helpful and courteous at every turn. Ryan, Melanie, Brandon, & Jeff, to name a few, were there for me when I had questions or needed advice (since this was my first "big" project in my home). I liked having the online portal to refer to and ability to pay online through it as well. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but nothing that wasn't taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend Holtzman Home Improvement!

Time was an issue with me. I was expecting the job to be done within a month to 6 weeks, due to the size of the job but it actually took more than 2 months. Scheduling became confusing, I was expecting a job to be done on scheduled day but found out it was changed, without notice, sometime a week or more later. Very inconvenient. However, their work and crew were great, especially Melanie. Thank you Melanie!

Install started one day late even after confirmation two working days prior. Quality of the work was very good. Crew was a little understaffed, but they worked long days to compensate.

Holtzman Home Improvement is a great team. From design to completed project with an online schedule and project tracker to help you see whats done or going to be done and when. Not saying there was no hiccups or problems everything worked out great. It's not easy to live in a construction zone when it's your home. From the whole house with new flooring, Kitchen and bath remodel during the holidays was a challenge. With change's and extra's everything was handled in a timely manner, Craftsmanship of all the trades did excellent work and cleanup everyday. I would recommend Holtzman Home improvement to family and friends. We now have the dream home we always wanted. Brandon and Danny have a great crew of pro's to get your improvements done. Melanie was there to support me to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting if a workman had a different opinion of where a product should be installed. Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days. But it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.

Quality workmanship and very professional ...could easily recommend HHI to any of our family or friends.

They were on schedule and did good work. The website had a few challenges, but was helpful..

The consulting firm I work for hired Holtzman in 2015 to remedy a very tough residential project that had been abandoned over an ownership dispute for several years. Holtzman had to work with tough budget constraints and a fairly quick timeline, and performed as agreed. He assisted us with selecting designs and products, and managed the project without the owner being onsite or even geograhically close. Before Holtzman, the full remodel had failed multiple inspections, so Holtzman walked into a partially completed project where many items had to be completely re-done. Holtzman passed all inspections and was willing to speak to potential buyers during our marketing of the house for sale. He was instrumental is putting the final buyer at ease with his quality of work and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Holtzman and his team to anyone!

Judy and Melanie are absolutely great from when I first spoke with them until my renovations were completed. They kept me informed about arrivals of workmen to where I still had a financial commitment . I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to have them do any repairs I needed.

Well after having a couple of plumbing companies come out to the house, let's just say I was left completely confused. Luckily I found the HomeAdvisor website, typed my information in, 2 companies called me that night. One of which was Holtzman Home Improvement. Brandon spent quite of bit of time with me on the phone that night, then some things started to make sense. His plumbers were very nice, efficient and didn't seem to mind me watching and asking a ton of questions along the way. Their drywall repair team, also the same, good attitude, matched the texture on the wall beautifully.

Prompt response and good work - Holtzman has my recommendation.

The workman were friendly and efficient, prompt and they cleaned up beautifully!

This was for 2 bath rooms and Brandon worked well with me and his people were excellent

Wonderful company to work with. All the workers were very professional and committed to making my new bathroom everything I had envisioned. I am looking forward to working with them again when I remodel my master bathroom.

The install of the new base was sub-par with wide gaps, big chunks out of some pieces which should have been re-done properly, gaps not filled, nails not set and filled, sub left bathroom they used a real mess. Floor looks pretty good but it just wasn't an excellent job. Fair at best. Texted the owner about it on a Saturday and have received no response but did respond the same day to the I am coming in to make final payment text. Priorities I suppose.

I thought the experience was very good. There were a few delays during the project but overall it was a good choice to hire Holtzman

Family owned. Quality work. Responds quickly to questions and requests. Yes, we would hire them again. They also did some work in our kitchen and guest bath.

Family owned, friendly and responded to questions quickly. They have a website online to track your progress, see your selections and get payment receipts plus a warranty on their work. I would hire them again.

They did an excellent job of reconstructing our bathroom. The workers were competent, professional, on time and extremely efficient. The quality of the work is great and I was very happy with the whole process. Brandon, Judy and the entire crew were friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend them.
