Tile job for small condo in Tempe. Good price, quality work, very timely.

Very honest people. Good pricing. Good paint job, good quality. However, their clean-up was not very good. Paint chips everywhere and a few broken roof tiles.

I had two bathrooms redone last year. Overall a good experience. They were willing to come back out without any hassles when I saw some issues with grouting. I would use them again.

I had a small bathroom remodel completed by Holtzman and I am VERY pleased with the results. They did excellent tile work in the tub enclosure, new vanity/sink, installed new light , exhaust fan, new water fixtures in tub and sink, new comode and extensive drywall repair with new texture on all walls and ceiling. Work was completed in a timely manner and everyone in the crew was easy to work with. The cost was reasonable and I plan to have them back to help me with my master bath. My sincere thanks to Brandon and Danny, they made my first remodel a Good experience.

I already recommended Holtzman Home Improvement for window replacement to a friend and they also hired Holtzman. They did a GREAT job on the stucco repair for the patio door installation! I would use them again in a heart beat!

As part of overall remodeling of my house I ordered and paid for high efficiency windows and stressed numerous times that they need to meet the tax credit standards. Instead without consulting with me, Holtzman installed cheaper windows, not meeting tax credit standards and did not offer to compensate for 1) price difference 2) lost tax credit opportunity 3) lost energy savings over the life of the windows. Additionally, after install, stacco job was required around the windows. The stacco did not match the color of the house. Holtzman demanded additional payment of $1800 for painting the house and would not touch up new stacco.

Absolutely fabulous to work with. Excellant service, quality and value. Would definately recommend. Not only installed a brand new master bathroom to my specifications, handled all new electrical and plumbing throughout the house. All in less then two weeks and with me being in another state. Awesome!!

I replaced my dining room window with French doors which provided another entrance to my patio. I love the new look! Brandon Holtzman contacted me almost immediately and was able to give me an estimate, assisted me with a variety of ideas and did not pressure me at all. He was on time, very professional and no surprise "extra add-ons" concerning the quoted price of the project. Brandon provided several suggestions regarding vendors that carried the items I needed, I went to the store, purchased the material and he picked it up. The workers (Richard and Mark) were friendly, polite, and very professional. These guys did the job with very little interruption to my daily routine. I would not hesitate calling them again.
