Mathew arrived on time. He advised me about the problem and the solution. He added 5 lbs. of coolant to the a/c unit and cleaned the exterior of the unit with water. He answered other questions I had and finished the job quickly and removed his work tools. I would recommend M&R Refrigeration to anyone.

Great overall experience. They were early, found the problem and fixed it quickly. Even climbed the roof (it's 3 stories high) in 110 degree heat.

Matt responded right away, set a time and was there as promised. Matt was very thorough in evaluating the AC handler where condensation was leaking from. He cleared the drainage blockage and informed me of future things I should plan on doing. Paid over the phone and received an invoice by mail. Very professional and efficient service and didn't break the bank.

Repair was expensive but effective and done in a timely manner

We had to reschedule several times but it was do to unforeseen events. They were able to fit my job in between jobs and am very pleased with the results!

I came home from work and found that my A/C was blowing warm air. I tried a few things I found online and nothing worked. I called Matthew at 6:00 a.m. the next morning, and he was extremely polite, and said he would be out asap. When he got here, he was professional, courteous, and my A/C was fixed within 20 minutes. He let me know exactly why the A/C had failed, and explained every step of what he did and why. The bill didn't break the bank, and the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend!
