Would highly recommend, can not say thanks enough, my a/c went out on Fatherâ  s Day mid afternoon he came out with in the hour and got my unit going great, thank you very much Matthew you are the man, would strongly recommend M&R Refrigeration.

I had scheduled my appointment through Home Advisor, but somehow the connection was never made to M&R. When I contacted them they apologized for the inconvenience and were still able to have someone out within the hour to install my thermostat. Ryan was the technician that came out and he was friendly and extremely knowledgable. He made the install seem so simple and even helped me set up the app. He also stayed to make sure the ac unit would blow cold and hot air. He was very thorough. I appreciate M&R still fitting me into their busy schedule and will be recommending them to everyone.

Matthew was fantastic! Our air conditioner started blowing hot air on a Saturday night. Just great, who would be able to come in a Sunday without us having to pay an arm and a leg? Matthew to the rescue! We spoke in the morning around 10am and by 3pm he AC was blowing cold air again. The pricing was reasonable too. We will definitely be using them again (well hopefully not when it's 110 degrees though). ð

Timely service fixed what I needed done and more

They showed up on time. Did a great job.

M & R is a family run business that put quality of work at their highest priority. Matt responded to the Home Advisor request in the morning and starting installing the completely new HVAC system late that same afternoon. He and Ryan worked until almost 11:00 PM to complete the job. The new system is more efficient and significantly quieter than 15 year old system that was replaced.

He came out and right away got my cooler working. Then tell us that we need a new cooler at $2500.

They did not have parts for this Swap cooler they had to go buy parts and then install I had the pads they had to use my equipment to clean The Swan car but very nice people

I was contacted immediately after posting the request.. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. They were a bit late for a 9sm appointment, but most businesses give you a 3 or 4 hour appointment window so it wasn't an issue. Overall I was impressed with the service.

They arrived about two hours after they got my call. Service Tech (Ryan) very knowledgeable and helpful. He installed a new circuit board and checked everything over thoroughly. I was very pleased.

I wanted to have a professional get my swamp cooler ready for the summer. The tech that was sent out didn't know to open my up-ducts to my attic, he had never heard of up-ducts or what they were for. There is a metal sheet that blocks the swamp cooler from getting air from the A/C when it is not in use. He didn't know about that either, and was confused why there was not air coming out off my vents. I asked him if he took off the sheet, and he said he didn't know there was one.
