Bid was given for 2 men for 2 hours work. was told if it took less time the cost would be less. Job took 2 men less then 45 min and I was still charged the full amount of the bid.

Even thou we didn't go ahead with fixing the cooler, to expensive, working with Roger was great. He found the problem with a circuit board and we decided to go ahead and order a new cooler. Would work with this company again, thanks!

Matthew (owner) responded the same day to our call for help on of of our failing air conditioner units. We thought that we would have to replace the entire system, but Matthew walked us through the replacement process and pricing (our request) and he was outstanding in his knowledge and explanations - but before he would proceed he first checked out the entire system. He then identified a simple fix that would keep the units running until we call him to replace the units. Absolutely the best and most professional expert we've had on this issue - and we are confident when the time comes, M&R will be our provider of choice. We woke up to warm air blowing from our vents and its July! Matthew called right away and he came out and had it working by 3:30. We are very happy with the work and the customer service!

M and R installed a drain pan float switch for my AC. They installed it at a fraction of the price. They also did a full check of the AC without direction or additional cost. After the job was done, they called and provided a detailed analysis of what they saw. They were the most affordable and fast to be out to get the job done.
