Overall good experience dealing with both the owner, Arnold and the project Manager, Henry F. They were personable, and responsive. Pricing was very good. Henry was outstanding, went above and beyond helping us pass the barrier inspection when we had a last minute issue with our gate. They were good at moving things along with the City. The only reason they did not get 5 stars on customer service was there were some lapses in communication, however, their office was in 'flux', and once their office position was filled, communication was better.

My many thanks to Arnold and his crews at E&E. I am reluctant to hire anything out to "professionals" because I am almost ALWAYS disappointed in the quality and professionalism of the work and individuals. I have learned that it is easier and better to do most things myself. But to my surprise, E&E is the exception. From the initial sales call with Mike, to the followup to address a small issue, Arnold maintained constant contact and provided me timely updates. He returned texts and phone calls within minutes. It was obvious that he really cared about me, the customer, and did whatever necessary to guarantee I was satisfied. I would without reservation highly recommend E&E to anyone.

After getting $85 for showing up and telling me what he thought was wrong with my pool equipment he never returned or called to finish the job. Felt like I was scammed out of $85.

We had a very small job, installing a grab rail on our pool steps. Arnold, the owner called me the same day I put my request in. I was concerned that the job was too small but he set up an install date and two of his employees, Rich and Xavier were here at the time we were given. They were extremely knowledgeable in what was necessary to do the job right, went right to work and had it done quickly and cleaned up any mess they had left . We can't be happier with this company and will definitely use them on our next pool projects.

While Arnold has crews for all aspects of the project, he has GREAT TROUBLE with scheduling. A project that was supposed to be completed by 04/29/2018 was not completed until 06/22/2018.

I hired E&E to resurface pool, deck and install artistic pavers. They were efficient and did quality work. Their price was competitive. During busy season their schedule might stretch out slightly but they'll get the work done to your satisfaction. Will definitely hire them again!

Arnold and his crew worked very hard to get our pool retiled and plastered, with very nice results. Pricing was very competitive. Note: if you need to reach Arnold, better call direct, he's a very busy man!

First and foremost, Arnold is a hoot. He is very customer oriented and pays attention to detail. He may not return calls promptly but checks with you during the entire process. The project kept on track and the schedule changed somewhat, but was not E and E Pools fault. They worked with us and made sure we were entirely satisfied. They even sent out a technician after the fact to check and make sure that the screw used to hold in the pool light was correct and non-corrosive. Now that is customer service!! Their entire team did a great job and cleaned up well. Finally, we needed a few pieces of flagstone replaced on the underside of the perimeter of the pool that had fallen off and we did not have all of the pieces. They were determined to fix everything and did replace the flagstone. However, there was another additional larger piece that needed replaced coming into the backyard by the gate that was not part of the project. We had that piece leaning up against the house and they also replaced that without asking or an additional charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

After a slow start and some problems I must admit the finished product came out very nice even tho it took a lot longer than necessary. Employees and staff were very nice and helpfull
