Not professional at all and the person doing the work does not have all facts of the situation. I needed to call several times and leave messages for a return call. Cost estimates and time of repair not at all what was quoted.

They arrived when promised; Were able to fix my problem as promised; For the agreed-on price. Should I need anything else you can bet I WILL call them back. - John

These guys saved me a TON of money. We thought the pool was leaking through the alley. After doing some leak analysis (I think it was about $300) that did not yield any suspect leaks, the tech said that he thought the leak might be from a neighbor's drip system. They went out of their way to go talk to the neighbor, call their landlord, and convince them to turn off their drip system for a week. The huge puddle in the alley dried up. They charged me NOTHING for this extra effort. They could have gotten several thousand dollars out of me by doing further tests and I would not have known differently. I thought my pool had a crack in it and my neighbors were leaving me notes asking me to fix my pool leak. Talk about honest. Some professionals out there have some real integrity and these guys qualify for a gold medal.

Our swimming pools renovation is very close to being complete. All the crews have been courteous and worked hard to get the job done right. After the project is completed--the fun starts. Great value, we had a step repair done. The color matching wasn't as good as I was hoping for but my steps won't crumble away when we get in to swim.
