I specifically asked for the A/C to be tuned up/cleaned and found upon the call from the tech on-site he just ran diags. He indicated the freon was slightly low and speculated there might be a leak. Overall service was ok and he was correct on the leak (found out 10 weeks later) but I was aggravated that a) didn't get what I had requested and b) after alerting me to the potential problem, he was trying to 'sell' me various options rather than giving me a direct option for resolving the issue. Granted, I have to make the final decison but I felt like it was a way for them to up the bill. However, they were prompt and professional.

I had a wonderful experience with Angel Air. They were friendly, attentive, honest, and hardworking. They were able to complete a quality job for much less than the other vendors. In fact...once others vendors heard the price quote, they told me to go with Angel Air. I would highly recommend Angel Air to anyone!

The owner came to my house to provide me with a second opinion on whether I needed a new AC unit, as a sales person at another company attempted to sell me one when I was just interested in general maintenance. This company told me to not even consider spending my money on a new unit. As I was told, if it isn't broken, don't replace it. There was a small part that needed replacement that cost me $30. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They provide quality and timely service at VERY reasonable prices. Please use this company for all of your air conditioning needs!

Jake called me and told me exactly what he was going to do upfront. He also informed me of all his prices prior to even performing the service call so that I had all the information in order to make a good decision. Angel Air Cooling & Heating has impeccable customer service that I haven't seen with other A/C companies I have used in the past. Without a doubt, I would hire Jake and his team again in a heartbeat. They are all honest, competent, polite, quick, and reliable. Lastly, I believe his prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Jake to anyone with heating and cooling issues!

Mr. Jake was very profesional and knows his job very well. I was pleased with his service and honesty and allowing me to make the choices. He had my air up and running in no time with a price that was cmparable and I was gladly able to pay. I will use hi service again and tell my friends who may need air and heating services.

I had a small issues with my heating unit. Jacob was the 1st to respond, walked me through my options on the phone. His knowledge about my Trane system was impressive and he described exactly what I was seeing over the phone. He quickly diagnosed the issue and isolated the issue to bad wiring by the previous owner. The issue was fixed and heat was restored. I will 100% use Jake again.
