They are the best! In the blazing heat of Arizona's summer, many AC companies can't get to you quickly and overcharge or talk you into costly and unneeded repair when you are melting from no AC. NOT ANGEL AIR! They are quick,knowledgeable,fix the problem without breaking the bank. I will only use and recommend Angel Air from here on!

Jake came in, examined the system from top to bottom, found what the cause was, got the needed part and then found a bad capacitor and got that replaced. cleaned out a drain line and the system is running better than ever!! Never did anything without first consulting with me and letting me know why it needed replacing and how much it would cost. A very honest man and honest company that is not out there to rip you off!! Very fair pricing and quality of work is tremendous!!

Jake Angel is very professional and knows his a/c stuff. He is honest and doesn't try to upsell you somethihng that you don't need. I was very impressed and Angel Air is going to be my air and heating service provider in the future.

When the assessment was done, I was given a date for the repair. They promised to call and did not. Then several days later they called and told me I was "overlooked" and was given a time that they could come out to complete the repair. They were very gracious and apologized about being "overlooked"--"that sometimes happens in this business" was their quote. I did not appreciate it and would not give them my business in the future.

Quick response and got the problem solved fast. Technician was friendly and gave me great advice for future maintenance of my a/c. Highly recommended!!

He arrived on time, recommended a low priced part for the inside part of our A/C unit, then discovered that we needed a liquid put into our outside unit which cost around $100, so he said the other part he had recommended could wait. He brought a very long hose and was able to clean our incredibly dirty unit, which had been under a pigeon perch (we just bought the condo). We had thought the service would be $50, but it ended up at $212. It was a rental before we bought it, and I'm sure the tenants didn't keep things serviced.

Jake was great. I am somewhat of a handy woman and enjoy learning new things so I asked if I could have him show me how and what he was doing. He not only let me watch over him but he also told me what everything did. He was very courteous and professional. And honestly thought the pricing was great. Would definitely hire again.
