Not your common ac repair!! My Rheem packaged unit (5yrs 7months old) had stopped working for 8 days. Due to a records mishap, I was getting nowhere dealing directly with rheem. Jake stepped in and resolved the warranty issue. Henry arrived early for the 7 am repair, was knowledgeable and has a great attitude! Henry replaced the leaking coil and discovered that the compressor was also bad and had to be replaced! Henry left to cover other appointments while Jake found a replacement. Henry came back that same evening (6:30ish) and installed the new compressor!! Jake gave me a deal on the labor and henry did a great job on the repairs!! This is an honest and trustworthy company that doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond for there customers!! If I have any ac issues in the future, Angel Air is the only company that I'll call.

I would give them 6 stars if I could! I put in a request at 11:30 at night & Jake responded within 15 mins. He said he had one more call & could come in about an hour.....which would have made it way after midnight. The problem seemed to be fixed temporarily so he said they would call in the morning to set an appointment. The time frame was 4-6 pm the following day. Henry arrived at 4:10 & is such a delightful & caring young man. The repair was done quickly & I am happy to be their newest customer. No one but Angel air for me.

Very competent in diagnosing the problem and making corrections. I did have to call to schedule the circuit board replacement instead of them contacting me when the replacement board was available. Very professional service.

This service was excellent. The service repairman was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain to me how the AC unit works and what was the problem. He was honest and went out of his way to make sure the system was working properly before he left.

Outstanding service! Our AC unit was leaking water into the ceiling. They responded within the hour without an emergency fee and quickly repaired the problem. They were professional, friendly and most important they were honest. No high pressure up-selling. They did suggest that I install a very inexpensive device to avoid the same problem in the future and I was glad to add it. To think a 60.00 part could have saved my ceiling that I now have to repair due to the water damage. I only wish the other AC Company that I hired last year would have informed me of this inexpensive device. I would recommend Angel Air to all my friends and family without question.

Angel Air is to Heating and Cooling Service what Discount Tire is to the Automotive Tire Business!!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know even if they currently do not need an AC service person now. Jake provided us with top shelf service and was extremely honest and thorough. He evaluated our units and how they were operating and helped us understand how best to set our thermostats to make both units operate at their highest efficiency I will never call anyone else for my heating and cooling needs!

Honest. That seems to be the most important thing in A/C service and Jake is completely trustworthy. He didn't try to sell me a new unit even though mine was failing. He repaired it as I asked and gave me advice for the future.

Jake was personable, courteous and knowledgable. He was supervising a new hire, sorry to say I can't remember his name, but he was also exceptional. They explained everything they were doing as they went. The cost was exactly the estimate I was given. I will definitely call Angel Air when I need service in the future.

Jake was very professional. He showed and explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair it. My A/C is now fixed and running great and ready for summer! Great customer service I would highly recommend and will continue to use.

When I made the appointment even though I had said we could wait a few days they had an opening available the next day, which is very nice considering it summer in the desert. The service tech was delayed due to the job before ours taking more time than expected, I was notified of the delay well in advance and kept up to date. Jake ended up coming out after what would be normal business hours to check out problem. he was very thorough and checked a number of things to rule out what might me the problem. We' plan on having them complete the repair once the part arrives.

Had guests using our home, but air conditioning was in need of repair. Angel Air had us up and cooling within a few hours. Service was fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great!
