They were very responsive. CJ explained the problem and potential issues as my water heater was quite old. He told me options and also explained all the steps he would take to install a new unit, including a new gas line and pipes. He did the work that afternoon, was very professional and thorough. He arranged for the old unit to be picked up same day no cost. He showed me what I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with his work. I will definitely use Blue Plumbing when I need their services.
